H&B Apartments Laghidze in Tbilisi

A good budget hotel. We stayed for four nights. Contactless check-in, very convenient. The room was clean. It's on the fourth floor. It has a TV with YouTube, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, dishes, and shower gel. No microwave. The soundproofing isn't great; you can hear it perfectly from the hallway, but you can hear loud conversations or noise from neighboring rooms.

I liked it very much. I didn't have to contact anyone when checking in, which was perfect for me. I called the hotel the day before to confirm my reservation, and they sent me instructions on how to check in on my own. There were no problems with that. The room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a TV (I didn't turn it on), a half-liter electric kettle, a huge set of dishes and cutlery, tea bags, coffee and sugar, and a corkscrew (you are in Georgia, after all). Breakfasts are not included by default, which can also be a plus in certain situations. There is an option to order breakfast for 20 lari (I haven't tried it, I got by with my own money). In the same building on the Rustaveli Avenue side there is a "SPAR" - they are generally ubiquitous in Tbilisi, as well as a souvenir shop and two currency exchange offices. Be sure to take bath shoes with you - plastic slippers or rubber flip-flops (not cardboard). There is hot water, but it is not hot right away - you need to let it run for 15-20 seconds. In the common corridor there is a washing machine and an iron, and it seems like even a dryer. Across the street from the hotel entrance there is a wine shop (yes, there are also a great many of them in Tbilisi, but this one is really five meters away). And all this for a very reasonable price. In general, I did not regret it at all.
