A word of honest warning first: the approach to the property is through an older residential building, and the lift only goes up to the 12th floor. You walk the last two flights. If you judge a hotel by its entrance, you may be tempted to turn around.
Don't.
The moment you step onto the 14th floor, the entire experience transforms. The view over Tbilisi is genuinely breathtaking — one of the most memorable city views I have experienced anywhere. The balcony is spacious, the rooms are large and spotlessly clean, and the bathrooms are well maintained.
What truly sets this property apart is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with coffee and treated with genuine warmth and courtesy throughout our stay. In a trip where two other properties fell well short on hospitality, the team here stood out completely.
This is a small, intimate property — not a large hotel — and that works in its favour. You feel looked after rather than processed.
Highly recommended for couples or travellers who value character, views, and genuine hospitality over a polished lobby.
I'm very bad in remembering names, but administrator... Otar? Was very nice and helpful. Chef on the kitchen also very kind, nice and made amazing breakfasts (and I should mention - I'm VERY picky eater).
I stayed here for my last days as a resident of Tbilisi and I'm very glad, that I choose this plase for saying "goodbye" to Sakartvelo❤️
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking view – whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was absolutely stunning. Waking up to such a beautiful sight made my stay even more special.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my visit. The overall ambiance of the hotel was cozy and relaxing, making it an ideal place to unwind.
