Cherry Garden Hotel in Tbilisi

This was the worst experience ever!

The hotel has an employee named Lisa who completely ruined our stay. When we first arrived, she was practically begging us to stay at the hotel, almost to the point of tears, by emphasizing how cheap and great the place was. She even convinced me to book 3 rooms instead of 2. My sister urgently needed to use the toilet, but Lisa rudely shut the door in her face, saying it was only for employees. She told us we had to book and pay for the rooms first before my sister could use the restroom. When we were about to leave, Lisa aggressively tried to ensure we stayed.

Once we got the rooms, Lisa's attitude did a complete 180. She started pushing us to our rooms like we were children. When we asked for extra blankets, she shouted, "It's July! Why would you need blankets?" She followed us around the hotel, yelling, "This isn't your home! Go to your rooms and sleep!" I told her our door wasn’t closing properly, and she snapped, "You don't have the strength to push it?" She even had the audacity to tell us, "Go stay at a 5-star hotel," in a tone so rude it shocked me. I got angry and asked her what I did wrong to upset her, trying to be respectful, and said I would leave if she didn’t want us there. She completely ignored me and said, "I'm respectful too."

To top it all off, she came to my mother’s room at 11:30 am, demanding we leave or pay for another night, even though checkout was at 12 pm. I had planned to stay for 4 nights, but after this horrible experience, I wouldn’t stay even one more night. I would never recommend this hotel, not even to my enemies!
