Iris Hotel Georgia in Tbilisi

An excellent, clean, and welcoming hotel. Excellent breakfasts. Everything is close by: the metro, the cathedral, and even just strolling around the old town is no problem. I definitely recommend it.

This was an amazing experience. The hotel is quite new or look as it is. The staff is super fiendly. We had rooms 21 and 22 which have a connecting door, perfect for our family. The breakfast is good. The only challenge is that you have a walk to get to the center and old town, even quite a climbing stairs which may be challenging. The distance is downside of it. So the area has a few supermarkets, and pharmacies which is practical. Great value for money

The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious and well decorated. We felt very good. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also great and the nice staff was also something to remark. We also had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool. I would totally recommend it

Liked · First and foremost, it's a practically brand-new hotel, followed by the cleanliness. Then comes the quality of the room and bathroom. The staff and the owner are very kind and always available. The breakfast is a very generous buffet with both sweet and savory options. The location is easy to find; it's 50 meters from the Trinity Cathedral, which everyone knows. It's a pleasure to finally find a real hotel. A minor point to note, but it can also be a plus, is that it's not right in the city center. It's a seven- to eight-minute walk, or a €3 taxi ride, but it avoids the hellish noise of Tbilisi's traffic jams. Also worth noting is that there's a very good, reasonably priced restaurant 50 meters away.

Overall, this is a wonderful hotel. New, with a beautiful classic style. Very clean, beautiful fresh breakfasts, everything is neatly laid out, very nice!

For breakfast, they make amazing coffee, the man who makes coffee for breakfast insists on double espresso when he makes Americano and it is NOT BITTER! It is incredibly tasty.
There is even buckwheat for breakfast and stewed meat, pieces like shashlik) khachapuri, salads are awesome.

It was nice. At the reception, caring administrators, we called the restaurant and arranged for them to wait for us late in the evening and we had time to eat.

On the 5th floor there is a restaurant with stunning views. Previously, Google maps wrote that there is signature Georgian cuisine, but now there is an Italian menu, very small in terms of items, but delicious! Although I am not a fan of Italy, the only thing is that two salads, soup and pasta, which are prepared in 10 minutes, were brought for 40 minutes. But the restaurant in the hotel is divine! Especially such a beautiful one.

The pool on the 0th floor is small, 29 degrees. Without a sauna, I did not want to swim in it, my husband did not want either, either you want a sauna or warmer water. Well, maybe we are not fans of swimming)

The main advantage of the room: amazing white soft bed linen and supply ventilation. This means that fresh air is constantly coming in and you get a great night's sleep.

The area is in steep drops, mountainous, there is devastation all around, it is not particularly cool to walk there, the Guide picked us up by car and we went on excursions, but it is definitely not cool to walk there on our own.

Thanks to the fact that you are at the top, there is a great view of the cathedral!

What was inconvenient in the room: you can't really put anything on the sink, the sides are slanted, but the bedside table saved us and it's beautiful and convenient

The tables near the bed are piled high with lamps and are wobbly, they tend to fall and break, we put everything on the floor because it was impossible to use

And for some reason the belts of the robes are hammered in, although the hotel seems so new

The newly opened Iris Hotel is very nice, warm and has a nice atmosphere. The seat is on the Holy Trinity Cathedral side, just a few minutes' walk away. In addition, it takes about ten minutes to walk to Independence Square, which requires going up and down many stairs, but it is acceptable.

We are traveling as a family and booked a deluxe family room, which is a suite. It is really nice. There are four beds in two rooms, a sofa, two bathrooms, three TVs, and a very large room area. The view from the room on the top floor is superb. You can see the old town of Tbilisi in the distance and the Holy Trinity Cathedral nearby. If it is a low floor, the view is slightly limited.

Although there is a restaurant on the top floor (not open), the breakfast is next to the lobby on the first floor. It has a rich variety of dishes and tastes good. There is also a handsome guy who makes fresh coffee. The hotel staff is very friendly as a whole. The room inspection is very serious. We forgot a piece of clothing in the room and the staff was very considerate to help us get it down. Thank you very much. The overall stay experience is very good👍

I will recommend this hotel, whoever plans to visit Tblisi. It is located in very good condition.

This is a wonderful hotel, not only for the brand new state of the art, air-conditioned room, and incredible buffet breakfast, which also served as lunch, but mostly for the kindly and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived on an early flight and were greeted with coffee and pastries. The servers went to a great deal of trouble to find out exactly how we like our morning coffees and when we had to check out early, we were given food for our trip. The view of the city from the upstairs restaurant is also incredible.
