King Gorgasali Hotel in Tbilisi

I recently stayed at King Gorgasali Hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety to choose from. A special shout-out to Aram, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. His assistance really made a difference. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommend King Gorgasali Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Georgia. We had stayed in Tbilisi a week earlier and targeted a hotel in this area because of all the dining options nearby. The area is fantastic with a fantastic view across the river. Don’t miss out on walking to the sulphur baths and then up the river to the stunning waterfall. Breakfast was included and was good. The rooms are old fashioned and fairly basic but very comfortable.

Nice hotel, in a good location with main tourist attractions! The staff is very friendly and kind ! The hotel offers a nice view and terrace straight to King Gorgasali iconic statue !
The breakfast was fine in overall, but kind of routine after a week spent there .
Well, globally satisfied by the stay there , and definitely recommend this place !

A Nice Stay Thanks to an Incredible Team We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and would happily return, primarily due to the fantastic staff. The Good: · Location: Excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. · Cleanliness: The hotel is spotless. Despite being an older building, it is very well-kept and tidy. · Staff: This is where the hotel truly shines. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. We were particularly impressed by Alex, the Reservation Manager, who ensured our booking was handled perfectly, and Aran, one of the receptionists, who provided us with great recommendations and a warm welcome every day. Areas for Consideration: · Breakfast: The breakfast is simple and satisfactory. However, expanding the selection with a few more items for Western guests (such as different breads, yogurt varieties, or fruits) would elevate the experience. And more importantly, start it earlier. 8am is too late for starting the day. Overall, a great value stay with a heart of gold thanks to its amazing team.

I arrived 12 hours late after missing my connection. Staff ensured my airport transfer was changed and even helped me with a sulphur bath appointment. My room was tiny but clean, quiet and adequate for one person. Breakfast was sufficiently filling, but is put away promptly at 11 (so set an alarm). Front desk is always available to assist with directions. Able to store luggage after checkout. Great hotel near Old Town!

This hotel is very nice location to go around Tbilisi. Nice staffs in the hotel and nice breakfast every morning. If I will be in Tbilisi, I will try to book here again.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. This is the place where you want to come back again and again. The very center of the old city, very convenient. Nice and polite staff. Breakfasts are amazing

Pros:
- of course the location, all the sights of old Tbilisi are within walking distance
- friendly staff
- decent normal breakfast

Cons:
- very small room, you can't even open a suitcase
- there is not a single wardrobe for clothes
- cleaning of the room leaves much to be desired

As a result, for $100 per night it is expensive, if around $50 then of course the hotel is normal
