The room itself was in very poor condition. The bed sheets were dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. However, the hotel is in a very good location on a main street and near Liberty Square.
Overall, the cleanliness standards were unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.

The location is perfect, near to Marjenashvili square, on Agmashenebeli street Rooms are comfortable, clean, and you have a beautiful view to hysterical buildings from your window Everything was good, next time I’ll definitely stay there

NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE!!! It’s been awful experience. I booked this Hotel Arc Tbilisi in advance and when I arrived there in the middle of the day they told “oh, you must have been notified that we are fully booked”. ***. They did notify me by mail at the same day when I was too busy flying to Tbilisi. I don’t think notification at the check in day at 14.14 (check in is at 14) is considered aim advance notification. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. And they didn’t care at all. I had to look for another hotel right there by myself and of course I overpaid. After that I had to chat with Agoda website to simply cancel my booking so I won’t be charged. This is not what I wanna do on vacation. If you don’t wanna overpay and let them ruin your vacation, never book them! P.S. Reception is on the 3rd floor with NO elevator so you will also carry your luggage all this floors. And it doesn’t look same nice as on photos!

I’ve been in Georgia in many hotels but this one was the worst of all. So nasty, many floors to reach it cause it was in top floor and no elevator. I dont really know what will happen if you’re an old person who couldnt walk so good. Also the room, the sheets were super nasty with a lot of bugs that now after checking out im scratching my body all the time. I found hair on the sheet from the previous guests also. Do not recommend to stay here at all.

Beware of it, it is an empty and deserted place, so do not be deceived by fake offers. I went myself and saw a defect on Booking.com that offers something that does not exist in reality, it and the Tbilisi Tour Hotel
