The most adorable staff in town. Really nice people who will for example allow you to check-in very early in the morning if your bed is ready. Always very helpful if you want to wash your clothes for example (which is free). It feels very much like home. There's no actual common room other than the kitchen which is huge and brand new, but the dorm serves as the social area. There's two terraces. They can arrange a taxi transfer to the airport at a very fair price. Surprisingly enough for a hostel with the highest ratings, as of summer 2018, there's always vacancies and you can basically show up without booking in advance. Which also means you can generally check out any time you want. Extremely clean. Quiet. Perfect location.

The sheets were dirty, there were hairs everywhere (from not cleaning). Same thing in the bathroom. Really unprofessional staff (getting heavily drunk during working hours).There are better and cleaner options around the city!

Give a break to sleep here. Tattia is a helpful stuff, stayers are fine, good beds, clean kitchen and bathroom. What else?

Loud, dirty and only with main necessities. The front door is so loud on closure so it wakes up everybody sleeping even on the higher floors. The air-conditioning was broken and that didn't do anything about it during the 4 days that I was there. No moskqito set... I was bite like never in my life. Too many rooms for only 2 toilets. The toilets were dirty as well. The smell from the kitchen is coming in to the room on the second floor.
I think I'm just lucky but in public space always I can enjoy chatting with others.
Some women staffs are extremely kind, but some guy is not. I heard I can use laundry after 10pm, but the other staff say I can't...

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.
also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.
A special thank you to Rima!!! She made our morning even better with her warm attitude and exceptional service. She was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.
Highly recommend this breakfast — and huge compliments to Rima for making it unforgettable!

They went above and beyond in every little service they gave us. Excellent room, location, and super nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend staying here and will come back soon! Thank you

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
