We weren’t given the cleaned pillow cases, linen or quilts though his store was filled with the cleaned ones.
The receptionist is extremely rude and wasn’t even willing to switch in the air condition in the beginning, kept giving lame excuses.
I won’t recommend this hotel.
the negative point is that the guests are too noisy specially if you book the floor one rooms .
but generally, I recommend this hotel .
There is also a basic communal kitchen/fridge you can use which was a plus for us.
Theres very warm people working. Even standart room was nice and aesthetic.
Price was affordable for its high quality. Breakfast was delicious.
In rest, the cleaniles, bath, bed is ok..ish.
The average though, with the -4* for the personel and overall attitude it rounds up to this.
