The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Freedom Square. There's also a small courtyard outside where you can sit and relax or chat. I noticed mostly Westerners there, no Asians. It's a bit old, but if you're traveling solo and want to save money, this place could be a good option.

My daughter, my friend, and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days (2 nights), and we absolutely loved everything!
The room was clean and cozy, and everything was neatly prepared. Upon our request, they immediately provided us with extra towels. The housekeeping was excellent, making it a pleasure to stay in such a room.
I particularly want to highlight the location – it's simply superb! The old town and all the attractions are within walking distance.
The reception staff was polite and professional; we were checked in very quickly without any unnecessary waiting.

The location is good, I can't deny that. However, the rooms weren't clean; there was dust everywhere. They didn't provide slippers initially, we had to ask for them later. On the first night, the heater wasn't working, and we froze. We told them in the morning, and they supposedly fixed it, but it definitely wasn't heating up. They are very rude to guests. They didn't even put water in the room, and there was no coffee, etc. The kettle was covered in dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. You could pay a bit more and stay somewhere much nicer. It's on a very isolated street surrounded by old houses, which doesn't feel safe. I would never choose this place again.

The room was renovated, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It even had a terrace, making it a very lovely room. Mineral water and amenities were also provided. However, there's no elevator, so I had to carry my own luggage. I couldn't manage my suitcase, which meant I had to take my bags to and from the front desk floor every time. The front desk staff varied, some diligent and some not, so I couldn't get help with my luggage. Luggage storage after check-out is free, which is a nice touch. The last front desk woman I met even came down the stairs to see me off. While other staff members were absent or sleeping at that hour, she was well-groomed and working early in the morning. If her salary is the same as the other staff, that's surprising. Well, the price was reasonable, so if you think of it as an unmanned hotel, it's not a problem.

Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Had in Georgia
I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room they advertised online was completely different from what I received. I booked a specific room type but was given something else, and when I raised the issue, the manager was rude and not accommodating at all.
The hotel itself feels dusty, old, and poorly maintained. Even the electric kettle was dirty and disgusting, and the WiFi was extremely slow. The TV didn’t work during my entire stay.
But the worst part was how the staff handled my stay. Even though I clearly told them I was staying for 6 nights, they knocked on my door every single morning asking if I was checking out. One morning, they even started opening my door while I was sleeping, despite the Do Not Disturb sign. I had to shout because they were already entering.
I wanted to change hotels, but since the booking was fully prepaid on Trip.com, they refused to give any refund.
Overall, this was one of the most stressful and uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve ever had. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Avoid it.

Really loves this huge room only for me! This curved shape and king sized bed, nice color of interior, calm and peaceful. A bit hard to find this place but worth it.

This is my second stay in this hotel. And this round booked a room with balcony and everything is good. The room was spacious and the staff are super friendly. Location was perfect!! Will definitely return back again.

A budget-priced hotel that has seen better days. Staff are friendly and our room was specious, with a balcony. The cobbled side street location is quiet. The cleanliness needs management focus, especially the shower/toilet was dirty. We reported it and is was improved but not enough. Sheets also too small for the bed. A value for money stay but don't expect too much.

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
