I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was small, but it was fine for one person. The location is good, and the place was fairly clean, though it could be better. The main downside was that they only provided a small bottle of shampoo for four nights and didn’t clean the room during my stay. After I asked, they gave me an extra shampoo. It’s also nice that they allow you to store your luggage after check-out. Overall, it’s okay for the price, but there’s room for improvement.

Nice location, it’s easy to get to restaurants and other activities , cozy and spacious room but the good things end there.
-I reserved trough booking, and the price was 170€, she wanted us to pay with cash only, she insisted quite a lot and once she understood I had no cash she charged us 10€ more than what it was supposed to be
- no housekeeping from Saturday to Thursday when they decided it was time to finally give us at least clean towels (they threw away the slippers but no big deal), the problem is that they left the door open with the key still inside, as I brought the key back the owner told me we broke the toilet lid (the toilet lid that was already broken when she showed us our room, I tried to argue politely but she kept saying we broke it, ended up paying 20 GEL
-once she took the money she told me she would change the lid but she never did (it smells like a very cheap scam that she runs to get a few more money out of the guests)
-very noisy, constant loud screaming from the owner and another lady .
- our room had very little privacy, it had 3 windows that faced the corridor, it looked nice but anyone could look into the room at any given time
-even though the bathroom is clean sometimes a smell of sewage fills the bathroom

I had a wonderful stay at Tamarisi hotel in Tbilisi in August 2025. Tamara, the owner of the hotel, is a wonderful woman whose family lived in the same building for centuries. She had created a comfortable hotel out of her family nest and I strongly recommend to stay in the family room, that's huge, consists of 2 large rooms with high cealings. There are coffee makers, fridge, linens and towels in the rooms. Hotel is located near the parliament building & close to the old city center ( you would have to cross the street and walk 1 street down). There is no elevator in the hotel, but it was ok with me. I absolutely loved my stay at this charming little hotel in Old Tbilisi! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, picturesque corner of the old town, yet just a short walk from all the main sights, cozy cafés, and historic landmarks.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a warm and authentic atmosphere that reflects the character of Tbilisi. My room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the traditional touches and the lovely view from the balcony!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this hotel during my holiday, for 7 days, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect – situated in a peaceful, quiet area, yet just a short walk across a bridge to the heart of the city. What really made our stay special was the warm hospitality provided by Ms. Tamara, the owner. She was incredibly sweet, friendly and always available to assist with anything we needed, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay and felt right at home.
