The place is amazing. So beautiful, so cozy. Everything is clean, smells great. Location is in the best spot . The service is on point. We had a few questions as changing rooms and carrying our luggage so the staff helped us out in a moment. So it was a great experience. Thanks to manager Nickolas and Anna. God bless them!

I stayed for four days. I liked the balcony and the location; it's not far from the main intersection, and the pedestrian street is conveniently located on both sides of the road. A popular ice cream shop is about 100 meters away. The room was cleaned daily, which was nice. The only downside was that the front desk staff weren't very welcoming.

It was a convenient location near Liberty Square and the subway. The cobblestone streets made it difficult to carry a suitcase, but it was only a short distance away.

The hotel is located in the old street of Tbilisi, within a 10-minute walk of the Kuva River, Freedom Square, and Europe Square. The hotel rooms are clean and the service staff are friendly.

An unassuming, clean and quiet hotel down a small cobbled lane, a short walk to Library Square. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. A shower curtain or door would help prevent splashing. All amenities provided (kettle, fridge, TV, Aircon etc )

The location is excellent. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Freedom Square. The road at the door is a cobblestone road, which is not very convenient for pushing boxes, but taxis can be parked at the door.
The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to carry your boxes upstairs if you live upstairs. The room is relatively old. Room 206 is the most square room on the 2nd floor. It has a small balcony, but the bed creaks, so you have to be careful when turning over.
The toilet has an induction light, and it is annoying that the light goes out after a while. Fortunately, there is a mirror light that can be on for a long time, but it is not very bright. The shower room has only half a piece of glass and no door, so water will easily leak out.
You can store your luggage after checking out, just put it in the restaurant on the -1 floor. The service staff is not at the front desk for a long time, so please call if you need it.

Very good location, only 5 mins walk to Freedom square. The room is nice and quite spacious. The communication with hotel staff is also good, we arrived very late at night and leave very early in the morning. But check in check out process all went very smoothly.

I stayed in two different rooms. The first room on the bottom floor was not the best. Moved due to adding more days to my stay and the downstairs room not being available - I’m very happy this happened. The room upstairs was lovely and light. Downstairs room a little dingy and dark, with sound travelling really into your room.

Would stay at this hotel again in both rooms for the price I paid.

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.

also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

A special thank you to Rima!!! She made our morning even better with her warm attitude and exceptional service. She was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
