Room has no amenities except for a good A/C (got a star for that). A convenient grocery shop by the entrance and the hotel in a good location (another star for that). Non-professional staff, knocked on my room at 22:00 asking me to pay the bill before checking out in the morning. Credit card machine was not working so had to go out late in the night to get cash to pay the bill. That was a very inconvenient experience! I don't recommend this hotel.

Exceptional! breakfast and location was perfect,The owner of the Hotel so nice .even they are so kind helped me to arrange taxi last day of my to dropped Airport.

The bed was like from 1980s, I guess. Even when you move your arm, it wakes everyone up, sleeping in the car is more comfortable. Breakfast is awful, not worth a dime. Nothing good except location.

Stayed at Konka lodge this weekend,arrived Friday late morning and will stay till Sunday morning. I would like to give a big thanks to all Konka imployees and management,that has made it possible for me and my family to have one of THE BEST WEEKEND ever. Accomodasion: Stayed in a 4 seeper self catering unit,everything is clean , neat abd tidy. Everything you need is provided in high quality. Did have a problem with ants though(whitch is nature) but management solved it within an hour. Activities: We did a game drive whitch was a lot of fun after words we did some of the activities in camp (zip line, canoeing and my little one did wall climbing), all supporting staff were once again friendly, respectfull and helpfull all the time. Food: We had ribs and burgers what was succulent and juicy. II would recomend Konka lodge to everyone. You will not be sorry. Thank you Konka lodge and staff for a excellant weekend. It's a nice Hotel with great location! It's the best place to stay if you want to visit city by walk. The staff was nice, smiling and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy, and calm enough for a good rest. Do not hesitate to stay there!

Perfect place to stay. Very reasonably priced . Really pretty interior decor, gave the place an old town mystical feeling.the rooms were quiet big as well. Good breakfast spread. Very sweet staff.

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.

also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

A special thank you to Rima!!! She made our morning even better with her warm attitude and exceptional service. She was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.

Highly recommend this breakfast — and huge compliments to Rima for making it unforgettable!

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
