Boho Tiflis Hotel in Tbilisi

They require a better person at front desk who can provide better customer service being cordial. After our outing, and some shopping we came back late evening. We (senior citizens) needs medication. Time to take night medications we found that the house maid had forgotten to keep small 2 water bottles as is the custom. So went to front desk to get the water. He would not trust me and called the maid on phone and told she says she kept the water. I told you can trust whom you want but as far as I am concerned it is not there. I took water from the dining room and returned to my room (wonder how much those 2 x 500 ml water bottles cost to the hotel). Next morning while coming down for breakfast he apologised saying "after you left the maid called me and told me she had forgotten to keep the water". I told him never mind, could not Care less as I knew both of you are lying.

Next day when we came back (we were 4 seniors; me and my wife in one room and my daughter's in-laws in second room) found 2 sets of bath and face towel not provided though the maid has taken the used ones. Now instead of going down called front desk and said bath and face towels are missing. With a grumpy face he came with bath towels. When asked about face towels he did not know face towels.

I am a retired marine officer who worked in ships for over 42 years. During these years service had to join and disembark in numerous foreign hotels. Never experienced this type of behavior from front desk.

The restaurant provides only breakfast, must say that the breakfast was good and the old lady at the counter was friendly and cordial.

To the front desk I made a complaint about room TV and shower head with photograph. He said he is aware of the broken TV but did not know about shower. He said he will take it up with the manager.

Hence nothing much to appreciate than the restaurant.

Rooms were very comfortable, location was quiet, and service was excellent. Breakfast was simple but good and price was quite affordable. Would recommend!

Hello First, let me mention that I booked this hotel from another site For June 27-30. The hotel was more than I imagined. Very quiet and peaceful rooms. Polite staff who do their best to improve the situation. (Especially Mr. Georgi - of course, if I haven't got his name wrong). Average breakfast table with fast charging, the best thing is that you have the right to serve it in the hall or on the back terrace. Of course, the hotel is located in a residential building (it seemed so), but this did not cause any problems for us. The location of the hotel is next to a highway, which takes 20 to 30 minutes to reach the first metro station (Rustaveli or Marjanishvili). The open space in front of the hotel will disappoint you a little.

Very nice, clean new hotel in a city center. Very delicious breakfasts and different every day. Only instant coffee though. Good for this price and way better than hotels closer to the metro.
