The hotel is located in a very touristy area of Tbilisi, which is perfect if you're staying for a short period. You'll find everything you need within 500 meters of the hotel.

We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first.

Loved the hotel! The most important thing for us was its location right in the historic city center. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious! And the staff were very polite!

The location is great, close to Iwo Onsen and within walking distance of most places. The breakfast area was also clean and spacious, which was a plus. The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I think it offers good value for the price.

A wonderful hotel with very cozy and warm rooms 😌. The staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfasts are good and filling. The location is excellent, with tasty restaurants, walking areas, and a bathhouse all within walking distance. You even get a 10% discount at the bathhouse when staying at this hotel. I highly recommend it 😌.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is excellent. It has a great location, right next to the sulfur baths. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the baths. See photo. I think it would be especially lovely to step out onto the balcony in the summer and feel the pulse of old Tbilisi. Everything is very clean. The room is small, but everything is well-arranged. The bathroom is large, with no issues with the plumbing whatsoever! The room was cleaned on the second day. Breakfast is good, with everything you need and options for various tastes. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. We will definitely come back here again.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the old town. Really enjoyed everything.

We were able to check in early, and the receptionists were helpful with everything we needed. Finding the hotel entrance isn't easy when you're a stranger in the city, but you get to know the whole place eventually.

The only negative point: our room wasn't cleaned at all during our 3-day stay. They came on the last day to make the bed, but didn't change the sheets or pillows.

The breakfast was adequate, and the location is excellent. You can walk everywhere in the city.

Stayed here for one night when planned for more. Had to check out early because of excessive noise from bars/restaurants across the river that played loud music until 1am. Raised with hotel who were unable to curtail what was not permitted. Hotel might be ideal if you like partying in those bars, but not for us. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here for a few nights, and it was excellent for exploring Old Town. It's directly next to the sulphur baths and within walking distance of loads of bars and restaurants. The rooms are nice, cozy, clean, with a classic feel, and the balcony was a nice touch. George, the host, (and another gentleman whose name I didn’t catch) were great, helping us to get around and dodge some sketchy cab drivers (always take Bolt). Breakfast was a nice touch too. Will stay again.
