The Terrace Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi

There is no service from hotel, no guy expect the reception person, resturent not working after breakfast, no water bottle, no telephone help line to call on desk, no pool which is mentioned on, no child bad available, staff is no coperative, no one is their to collect laguage from room to reception desk, lift is very small, it is confer-table for 2 persona only. No aminites and facility in room and hotel as well. Room is not as per the photos, and no facility. Breckfact is also not as per 4 star standard inluding service, we need to tell them to refill items available and in few cases it is limited and they told it is no more, at start/mid hrs of breakfact, like we visited near to 9 am and we faced this issue as well. Overall exprience is very bad for this stay, location and view from hotel is okay.

Remember not all the rooms have the view shown in photos, it is most probably to have the window of your neighbor, facing your room! -Bed sheets smelly -Shower not clean -Worse chicken kebab i had in Tbilisi during years of living there -super slow restaurant Not recommended

The hotel has two undoubted advantages, one of which is questionable. The first is large numbers. The second is a view of the city (and here, as luck would have it, we were placed on the first floor with a partial view of the roof of the building in front). But believe me, these advantages are no longer interesting when the hotel has so many disadvantages. The first and most important thing is dirt. I am attaching a photo of our sanatorium, there is no need to comment here. The toilet is dirty, that is, the cleaning lady wiped it off with a brush, everything else was left as in the photo. The hood is dusty, there is mold in the bathroom, and the sink smells like sewage. All the furniture in the room is destroyed, everything is falling off and loose, the walls are dirty, there is a lot of dust and hair under the bed. Believe me, we are not pretentious people at all and this is the first time we have encountered such a combo. Being in the room is extremely unpleasant, uncomfortable, and you want to escape. They have written here several times about sound insulation, which is completely absent. I thought, well, this can’t be, well, something can be heard somewhere, even in any apartment. But no, you can really hear every step of the neighbors here. Our neighbors had two children who screamed until 11 pm and ran around the room. I showed the woman at the reception a photo of the shower, I wanted to clarify whether this is normal? She shrugged her shoulders and looked at the photo for about 5 minutes, then went up to the hotel owner who was sitting in the lobby, he lazily looked at the photo and said that it was just darkened sealant, not mold. Well, it’s funny of course)) for a 4 star hotel it’s apparently ok. I wouldn’t be surprised if I brought home fungus on my feet. Of course, these are not 4 stars, at most 2, it’s unclear who gave them these stars, apparently they themselves decided so and crowned themselves. There is no refrigerator in the room, this is the first time I have encountered this. A 4 star hotel cannot fail to have a refrigerator. I assume that godfathers and matchmakers really work there, and they are simply so lazy to do anything, repair, improve, move, that they simply go with the flow of life in their hotel. I don’t recommend it to anyone, believe me, this view is not as important as comfort and cleanliness. You will already see enough views in Tbilisi, fortunately there are plenty of restaurants and observation decks. Don't make a mistake when choosing a hotel.
