The weather is nice, but it's also raining or snowing.

It was absolutely fantastic; the bedroom offered a direct view of the entire Tbilisi cityscape at night. Crucially, the price was quite reasonable, and it was very close to the tourist attractions. It was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was so-so, but the price was incredibly cheap.

A very beautiful hotel. If you take a bus via navigation, the climb is quite steep, but the scenery along the way is unique. During my two days in Tbilisi, I practically hiked from the cable car park all the way to the Holy Trinity Cathedral on the opposite side. The night and sunrise views were breathtaking; I even felt the 26-degree Celsius train fare was unnecessary.

The breakfast on the 4th floor was excellent. They offered various kinds of cheese, vegetable patties, and a salad with a mixed Western vegetable that was delicious. I ended up spending an extra five or six euros buying it at convenience stores and supermarkets afterwards. The breakfast was plentiful, with coffee, black tea, milk, and apples.

The convenience store behind the hotel, leading towards South Car Park, was also very cheap; bread was around 1 euro, and they even had large bottles of wine for 7 euros. Prices were very low, and I even bought instant noodles to take back to the hotel. The hotel receptionist was kind enough to provide a bottle opener and fork, so I enjoyed a delicious meal on the terrace. I never imagined this would be the best decision I'd ever made, although I did take a few wrong turns. If you choose this hotel, get off the 337 bus at the airport, go to the coffee shop where you can exchange your photos for portraits, and then you can go straight upstairs. Put your luggage away and enjoy the night view of the little train.

Clean, convenient location, everything works, we liked it

Nice, spacious

I stayed for several days at this hotel. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, and extra shower gel was provided. The room had an exit to its own terrace (the only downside was that a building was being built nearby and it slightly blocked the beautiful view of the city).
There are no complaints about the order in the hotel. The walls are a bit tired, dirty in many places, they should be updated and painted.
Amenities in the room: slippers, mini-bar (lemonades, sparkling and still water, juice, beer, nuts - all for an extra fee), small bar soap, shower gel/shampoo (2 in 1), air conditioning.

Next door is a wonderful restaurant with a panoramic view of the city. I dined there twice, it was delicious! It's called "Amo".

The location of the hotel is not very good, but you can walk to the central part of the old city in about 20 minutes, the way back is up the hill.

Cons:
- the hotel is located on a mountain, the climb to it is quite tiring, but you can go around or use a cheap taxi (5 GEL)
- no elevator
- no tea bags and bottled water
- unpleasant smell in the bathroom
- the room needs minor repairs: the laminate near the bed is falling through, holes in the walls in the bathroom, the sink is leaking, there is mold in the shower.
Pros:
- very spacious room with air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle
- comfortable bed
- large terrace with a wonderful view of the city
- varied and delicious breakfasts
- close distance to the historical city center and all the attractions.

Great place ơn the hill
Very nice hotel, nice large room with a balcony with a view. We didn’t realize how steep the hill was from the main road in the old town up to the hotel. Other then that, great place.

Good hotel near mountain, perfect view, good breakfast

Decent hotel in Tbilisi. City view from hotel is amazing. If you will take balcony room then you will get amazing city view from hotel .

My experience is not good with hotel because I booked couple room. They gave me couple room but with two separate beds. They merged two beds and made 1 where the beds were going to split if you sleep on bed. I discussed this issue with them multiple times then next day they changed the room.

If you are going to book the hotel here then you should check everything with them before booking .
