Hotel Oasis in Tbilisi

This is a private house, the hotel has been closed for more than 4 years. This should have been checked by the Tripadvisor team and the action should have been taken long ago to close this property down on your website. Please take the relevant action now.

Room not as described - bathroom was not private and shower didn't work. Owner was rude and aggressive when we requested a
refund that we only received in part.

This place is appalling. We had booked a room and were asked to pay before we'd seen it. The room was dirty, the shower didn't work (scalding hot or freezing cold) and the 'private' bathroom was not part of the room and so was being used by other guests. We wanted to leave straight away but the owner was extremely rude and aggressive, wasted nearly an hour of our time and would only give a partial refund. We had accidentally left some boots there so returned the next day to collect them and he wanted us to pay another 20 gel before he handed them over (we didn't.) But he was very threatening.

Avoid at all costs. The photos look nice but the area is run down, the pool is very crowded and extremely loud music was playing that mean you had the shout in the rooms/reception to be heard. The place is broken and dingy. The area is central but a bit of a dive.

The girl that worked at reception is nice and speaks English well but the boss is horrendous.
