It's right in the heart of Old Tbilisi, very close to everything, great price, excellent breakfast, and a very kind man who even saved us a parking space in front of the accommodation. Now for the drawbacks: the building is completely dilapidated, with a scary entrance and stairs; in fact, the inner courtyard is shored up. The man doesn't speak any English, so we used an online translator. But the worst part was that the bathroom was filthy: the toilet was disgusting, there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, the cistern was broken, dust was everywhere, the showerhead was broken, etc.

A very nice owner who waited for us despite the late hour. A very good breakfast in the morning. Peace and quiet, with a bathtub. A reasonable price in a great location in the Old Town, very close to everything. I highly recommend it 🙂

The house is pushed together, but inside the euro renovation, very nice owner, in the heart of the old town.

Ugly, on a terrible staircase you need to climb at the risk of health in order to find yourself in a sovdep (furniture and towels 20 years old), a small room without a TV and chairs.

my friend was there and she is very satisfied, she liked everything, the hotel room was very clean and the staff was very frienly.
also she had an amazing breakfast experience at this hotel. The selection was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — from flavorful hot dishes to a great variety of fruits, pastries, and fresh juices. Everything was prepared with great care, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

The room was a bit creepy, gloomy and it had bed bugs. It became super warm at night which felt really uncomfortable. The staff were great tho!
