Hotel Graf in Tbilisi

My spouse and I spent a total of five nights at the Graf Hotel in November 2025. We had previously stayed at another hotel in Tbilisi’s Old City which we found very noisy. The Graf Hotel was a wonderful contrast. Despite being just a couple minutes on foot to Liberty Square, with many restaurants and shops even closer, the hotel is on a side-street and very quiet. The rooms are well appointed and attractive with high quality mattresses and a great shower. The breakfast is also very good, with different hot dishes served each day. As other have said, the staff are great. They were very responsive to our needs and I especially appreciated the concierge (unfortunately I can’t recall his name), who was always extremely helpful to us throughout our stay. This is a hotel I would highly recommend.

We received a beautiful, clean, and pleasantly scented room. It had modern décor and lovely colors, and it was located in the heart of Tbilisi. The breakfast was diverse and excellent. The hotel staff’s service was also very good and they were very friendly.

I had a pleasant stay at Graf Hotel. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke good English, and they handled all my minor requests without any issues.

The room was relatively small but very clean and modern. It’s suitable for two people with limited luggage. I wasn’t fully sure whether the AC controls were working, but the temperature stayed comfortable so it wasn’t a problem. The shower could use better sealing to prevent water from spilling outside. On the positive side, the bathroom includes a bidet (شطاف), which is a big plus.

The location is great—the hotel sits in a narrow alley but is only a short walk from main streets filled with restaurants, cafés, and Liberty Square (about a 6-minute walk). I highly recommend the nearby Persian restaurant 1001 Nights.

Breakfast is served in the basement. While the space is clean and decent, it has no windows. The breakfast quality is good but limited, so I wouldn’t rate it highly.

One disappointing point was the housekeeping. They started knocking on doors early in the morning, even though the housekeeping start time is supposed to be 3 p.m. They were talking loudly in the corridors and knocked aggressively offering service. They also seemed unfriendly and never smiled, which affected the experience.

Overall, the price is very reasonable, making this a solid choice for budget trips. I would stay here again.

A very nice hotel. The location is excellent and yet at the quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, and we had many pleasant conversations with them. Breakfast is nice and completely satisfying. For those looking for a central, affordable, and clean place, this is a good choice.

Centrally located, this is a very nice hotel for staying in Tbilisi. Our room was always clean and big enough, there was air conditioning and tea/coffee every day. It was calm, even though the place is located close to bars. The breakfast is marvellous and suitable for all preferences. I especially liked fresh fruits and Georgian cheese. Highly recommended! Special thanks to all people working on reception — very professional and always happy to help!

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Freedom Square. The room is modern and clean. I especially want to praise the pretty girl at the front desk. She was so considerate! She helped us solve many problems.

Overall is fantastic.
Except the maintenance that I informed the housekeeper to fix it. (Broken towel hook and bidet).
The breakfast is variety to choose.
I recommend to try chocolate pastries.
