Clocks Hotel Tbilisi in Tbilisi

This hotel was gateway to Tbilisi, Georgia for us. Our suite room was impeccable for the view. View of Holy trinity from our room is astounding. Our room was tidied daily and kept clean for us when we return to our room. You can also almost see entire tbilisi in its glory from our room. Nearby there are supermarkets which you can use for purchases. Other attractions are also very close to. Food spread in breakfast is almost same each day, taste was okay. This can be improved. Stay was comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed here.

Had a very pleasant experience with this wonderful team there. The hotel is situated in the Old Tbilisi area (as I understand it). The neighbourhood was excellent and within a short walking distance of the city centre. The hotel atmosphere was lovely, especially the staff and their support. I truly enjoyed my stay; the rooms were spacious enough for the price we paid, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Rooms were very hygienic, truly good value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at Clocks Hotel Tbilisi. I came in January with my family, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The service was very professional and friendly. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel comfortable during our whole stay. The room was clean, warm, and well maintained — very important during winter. It was comfortable for a family stay and nicely prepared every day. The food was also very good, fresh, and tasty, with a good variety that suited us all. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly recommend Clocks Hotel Tbilisi for families or anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I would happily stay here again.

We found this new hotel very comfortable, with friendly and helpful reception staff. What a delight it was to look out of the window on to the nearby lit-up Tsminda Sameba cathedral to the right. A kettle was provided in the bedroom; and a very good breakfast was served, with fresh and dried fruit, an excellent range of cold and hot food, and good coffee. The location was OK, up hills and round tight bends, but close to a small Carrfour, and not far from Avlabari Metro station. Any access problem was Tbilisi's traffic jams rather than the hotel's!

My friend and I stayed in Clocks Hotel for 5 nights.Initially two nights and and then again for three nights after visiting other cities in Georgia.We stayed in Deluxe twin room on both occasions. The rooms were bright with very comfortable mattresses with view of the Holy Trinity Church and old town. The old town is a short walk from the hotel so the location is very convenient .Carrefour is barely a few steps away.The breakfast spread is good although the menu can be improved a bit as it was almost the same everyday. We had a great meal at their restaurant and were served by a bright and smiling girl .The service is very prompt .The front desk and all the other staff are always smiling and ready to assist you. I got a cake from the hotel for my birthday which felt really nice. I could even see the fireworks near the tower from my room window which made it even more memorable. I would recommend this hotel when in staying in Tbilisi.

We had a fantastic stay at CLOCKS HOTEL during our recent one-week vacation. It's located just steps away from the heart of Tbilisi’s charming Old City. The location was ideal—within walking distance of the major sights. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. We had 2 double interconnecting rooms, and they were well-appointed and quiet, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any request. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the atmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tiblisi (old Town area) and would gladly stay here again.

First of all I want to thanks to all staff members who work in this hotel for making our stay smooth, comfortable and enjoyable! Reception members are helpful and speaking English very well, house keeping members are cleaning very well, kitchen team made breakfast very delicious. We received from hotel a cake with wine and nuts for my birthday which is amazing. Our room category was Suite so we had a 2 washrooms, 2 TVs (one of them is smart TV), shower, bathtub, balcony with amazing view, coffee machine, sofa, baby crib etc. Room has a two different types of sockets: double and triple holed. Location is amazing, near to the hotel is Carefour supermarket, park, Italian restaurant and in a walking distance to other restaurants etc. In the lobby they have umbrellas for rainy days. The thing which I would add it's AC, which we can't control in our room, so when it's hot in the day time we feel hot, at night it's in heating mode which was good, but hotel must switch it during the hot time for cooling mode or let the guests do it by themselves. Note, that on the check out date you will need to pay for water which is not a big deal but still not really necessary to charge your guest for 1-2 bottles of water.

We stayed at the Clocks Hotel for 3 nights stay , it was a delightful experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, My room was spacious and comfortable and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a good job. We had a king-sized bed, and the bedding was soft and comfortable

It was a perfect gateway, and my stay was memorable, quiet and relaxing. The Location, view and environment of Clocks Hotel are undoubtedly breathtaking. The Staff from every level, with no doubts, were friendly and attentive with the best hospitality. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally well prepared, although it had the same menu for three days. For me, everything about the hotel was perfect and cosy. I never felt lonely and away from home since it was my first solo trip to Tbilisi, Georgia, and glad that my travel agent had chosen this hotel. The room I stayed in was well-equipped, clean and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I am pleased with my stay. Thank you, Clocks Hotel team!!!
