A 2 minute walk from the old city and sulfur baths, and close enough to walk to everything else you might need, but far enough that it's not loud at night. Great rooms and breakfast and wonderful people running it, very kind and helpful. Definitely a top option.

This 3-star hotel location is at the center of attraction. Near to all famous and attractive tourist spot. Just walk around 200-300meters . Super good location in the old tbilisi.
Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Breakfast provided also good and delicious. Upon arrival , we requested for a halal foods ( without pork lards and wine) , they really prepared with dairy and vegan . The breakfast is super delicious . I love it

A boutique hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere. Its location is very convenient for walking to many sites in the center of the old city.
The staff is lovely and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious.
The dining room is beautifully designed, and the breakfast is tasty and changes daily.
We enjoyed sitting in the hotel’s courtyard after breakfast.
If you're arriving by car, there’s nearby parking available for 10 lari.

The location of this hotel is really good, just 50m from the thermal spas and old Tiblisi town. The rooms are really spacious and clean, and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast is good and we would highly recommend a stay here.

A wonderful hotel. So small and very cute. Great location (everything is close by!). Nice cozy room with air conditioning, TV, hair dryer. The room is heated at night. Cleaning is very thorough. And the breakfasts are beyond praise! Porridge, hot dishes - everything is very tasty! Many thanks to Alexey for helping to organize the holiday!!! Hospitable atmosphere and people who are always ready to help! As if you are at home, not in a hotel!!! I recommend the hotel 200 on a 10-point scale!

The most amazing place to stay in Tbilisi. In the oldest city, in an incredibly cozy house with amazing design, made with soul. A quiet beautiful courtyard where you can eat and drink wine. Two steps and here are the sulfur baths. And also a very convenient way to the botanical garden, where there are the fewest tourists. But the most amazing thing is the owners, who love their business so much and therefore it is simply impossible to remain indifferent. Very tasty breakfasts! I will definitely come back again and will advise everyone only this place!

Amazing hotel. Super location: in the city center, in the thick of the sights, but on a quiet street. Huge rooms, very nice design, large bed, all amenities, cleaning every day, tea and coffee added every day. Breakfasts are superb. We were fed to the brim. We don't eat meat, so breakfasts were made especially for us, and for 7 days they were never repeated. But the main thing here is the atmosphere. It's like visiting good friends. The owner Alexey is a super sociable and kind person. He helped in everything he could))) This is the place you want to come back to. If you're wondering which hotel to choose in old Tbilisi, don't think twice, come here. The ratio of price, quality, deliciousness, convenience, and hospitality is ideal.
