This hotel was perfectly placed for our visit. We could easily walk to the metro, many eateries were close by, it was safe and easy to walk or ride from Liberty Square.
The breakfasts were excellent. The staff was young and very courteous. Service was good, our room was cleaned daily, the elevator worked well and we had everything we needed.

Wonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Two of them we came across was George and Nana…both were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderful…our rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. All staff we came across are a great asset to Makmani. The Hotel is walking distance to city center, shopping, restaurants, attractions etc. Overall awesome stay at Makmani. We will be back for sure!

This is my second time staying at the hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect for exploring the city and makes it very walkable to everywhere you’d like to go. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They will ensure that all of your needs are met. The breakfast has so many options and is always delicious. The restaurant on the property is also very nice and if you don’t like the food from there, there are many many restaurants in walking distance.

Central location, basic accommodation but clean and had everything you need. Although the breakfast buffet was basic, the food was fresh and the staff happily prepared additional items for you such as porridge and avocado and egg on toast. The restaurant food was good. There was an outdoor terrace where we ate both breakfast and our evening meal. Whilst the waiting staff were attentive, the two ladies on reception on arrival were actually quite rude. They spoke aggressively and expected us to sign the 'agreement' without even reading it! We were relieved to have our guide with us at this point.

It was truly one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever been better are really comfortable clean room very nice and generous stuff good location, and beautifully furnished hotel also really enjoyed the restaurant as well highly recommend visiting ❤️❤️❤️

Very well-located hotel in the old town. It is located a five minute walk from Freedom Square and ten minutes from the Peace Bridge. The breakfast was excellent; there was a wide choice at the buffet and you could also order hot dishes such as omelette and shakshuka. We were allowed a late check-out due to our evening flight.

+ First impression is location ! it's the best, in the heart of tbilisi center - full of love and joy. Hotel itself is amazing, all the staff are excellent, rooms are well decorated and renovated. Breakfast at a restaurant was great. Restaurant Taghi is below the hotel which is full of Georgian dishes and great choices of drinks. thanks all of the staf.12.05.2025
There is a fat guy at the front desk who is very nice. The hotel is good overall, the service is good, and the breakfast is good.

I booked a room for 3 nights, but only stayed for 2. I clearly submitted a check-out request and made it clear to the front desk when I checked out early. The other party said they would agree in a while, but a few days passed and they still ignored my request.

The hotel staff was very helpful. They were happy to take additional orders for breakfast, and when I sat down they would come over to ask if I needed an extra drink.

The location is amazing close to everything around. The family room we booked said 2 king beds but the beds were too small. Breakfast, even though a smaller set up, was fresh and wonderful.
