A very cosy hotel. There were some problems with hot water, but decided quickly. The breakfasts are very generous))

Friendly and welcoming owners. Quiet place two steps from thoroughfare. Metro is 1 km away, bus & marshrutka stop around the corner. Value for money.
But austere, bit dark and strangely arranged room (one on the upper floor), too old linen & towels. Not-that-central location may be a nuisance for some.
