So homey 🏡 for us. The host is very welcoming and friendly. The view is really panoramic, overlooking the city of Tbilisi.

Great host by a Gentleman Goga. He makes sure rooms and guests needs are well provided. Rooms are equipped with kitchennette, heater, aircon, toilet, nice and clean bed, dining table.

It is excellent stay here so far. We will definirely recommend. Great location, rooms are regularly cleaned, a warm and friendly host- Goga and great price for rooms with complete amenities!

Fantastic hotel! The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re very comfortable, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed and linens were top-notch, and I slept wonderfully. My room had a fantastic balcony, which was a great bonus. The location is perfect, and the shower was excellent. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since I had an early flight, but I’d definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is good, it is convenient for Tbilisi Old Town and has plenty of restaurants within a few steps. Overall though, it was a disappointing stay for us. Maye this hotel had problems before so some guests left bad reviews. If so, they definitely changed. We didn't have any of the said problems in our 2 day, extended to 3 day, stay. The room and the location were ok, that’s it. The staff does not care at this hotel. The worst thing was the “breakfast”. The only person working the breakfast sits around watching videos on his phone. The breakfast is always empty and you have to ask for literally everything (even water, butter and bread). Dirty tables. Fair to say it was the worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel.

The hotel is in a good location: an easy walk to the Dry Bridge flea market, several museums, many restaurants, Carrefour market, and a shopping mall. The compact room barely had space for us plus our luggage. It had the best shower of our two-week trip, with shelves for our use and dispensers for shampoo and shower gel. First of all wonderful place, great location, spacious rooms, nice breakfast. 5 star! but. Pictures are misleading as hotel is on the top floor and garden is not part of it. You need to take the stairs, 70 steps, and limited to no light. Things are a bit shabby. Broken light bulbs, hotel night manager lying on the couch, a-broken toilet seat etc.

This is a great little place to stay. Quirky and historic with an amazing history. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. If you're staying on a Saturday night you will hear the nightclub next door (still going as I write at 8am!) but the other nights it was really quiet. Walking distance to everything. The garden out the back is beautiful. I would stay again.

Everything is OK.. just the Location is a bit far to alsalam Bridge and River and the entrance needs to be more luxury.. rooms are good.. staff was good.. bakeris around it.. small market nearby.. Metro station is close to it.. the experience was Very Good..

Good area and very quiet. Few shops around the building including pharmacies, bakeries, groceries etc. It has easy access and safe surroundings. Therr are few hospitals in this area too in case of any emergency. Everything was good but i wish i had a better breakfast that can suit our needs.

Located in heart of the city and easy accessable to all attractions and needs. Property is well furnished with a lift. Balcony has nice view of the mountains. The hotel was clean and good. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel's access to the supermarket, currency exchange, restaurant and SIM card store is also good. It has free Wi-Fi with good speed. The rooms facing the main street have a balcony with a beautiful view, especially from the top floor... the behavior of the staff was polite. Access is also one of the best streets in Tbilisi called Pekini...

We have been returning to this hotel many times, it’s convenient, parking is a big plus,personnel are always there for you, love the restaurant on site.

Reception service is good. there are a lot of grocery stores near this hotel. There are plenty of restaurants as well.

The best thing about this hotel was perhaps the staff who answered all our questions before our arrival and during our stay. They were kindly able to offer early check-in, although I understand this is rare. It's also quite modern, clean, and well-maintained. Very happy with the room sizes, furniture, and cleanliness. What can be improved: the breakfast is very basic, some food was cold, not great...

This hotel in Tbilisi is conveniently located not too far from the airport. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is nice and they even waited up for us to check-in at 3 am, which was very kind of them. The breakfast is delicious, it's homemade and fresh every day. I would recommend this place for a stay in Tbilisi.

We have stayed here 1 night in March 2023. Staff are nice. Big room but no private balcony. They have elevator and full kitchen. Room is very clean. Air condition not working well even outside is cold but in room is a bit hot and less air. Reservation is 24 hrs, we checked-in at 2 a.m. a staff still wait for us.

Cheap and best Hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs,calm atmosphere, easy access to public transport, airport etc..The staffs can arrange Airport pick up and drop.:The hotel is in Vertikali metro station, from their you can go to republic square the iconic shopping street.. the money exchange is opposite to the hotel and they will give you some best rate available .. you can enjoy a nail spa at the nearby...
