Staff: are friendly
Room : clean up was not done everyday and not self-disciplined.
Bath room:
e.g. washing sink was cleaned at all.
Bathing foam: not checked & re-filled during the 3 nights stay.
Shower : water always splashed to flooring , water absorption of towel is not sufficient, ugly wet.
Air cond: at the 1st & 2nd nights , it was not cool enough and then at 3rd night , it was broken at all : Samsung Error code E438. I asked the staff to change room but unfortunately the another rooms have the same problem : E438
