Amazing place to stay for a weekend like also for longer. Very friendly staff. Fantastic food, great selection (buffet). Swimming pool with whole spa facility was super nice. I’m definitely considering to come back here in the future.

The sports hotel is very nice and conveniently located near the slopes. However, the number of parking spaces was somewhat limited when the hotel was fully booked. The hotel bar is very cozy and also has an air-conditioned smoking room. The spa area is spacious and well-equipped. The indoor pool connects to the outdoor pool and is comfortable even at -6°C. Booking additional spa treatments, such as massages, was difficult and showed little flexibility. The dining options were extensive, with both the hotel's own restaurant and a separate à la carte restaurant offering something for everyone.

We stayed at the hotel for five days over New Year's Eve 2025/26.

Our room was approximately 12 square meters, and despite repeated requests, we were unable to get a larger room.

On three evenings, the appetizer buffet was empty by approximately 6:40 p.m. Upon request, some potato salad was offered.

Despite numerous attempts to reach Ms. Meyer, we were unable to speak with her.

We want to spare other guests this disappointment and

strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Very good food. Reception was very nice. Friendly staff.
1 point deduction because we had to get out of the sauna on the third evening at 8.40 p.m. because the lady wanted to call it a day. Even the boss comes by personally and asks about your well-being. All in all a good hotel. thanks

Very good service, super friendly staff and the food (whether in the evening or in the morning) was simply brilliant. We would book there again at any time. Please keep it up. I would also give 10 points if that was possible.

Rooms were a bit older but clean! Staff was very nice! The food portions were a bit small after hiking. I was rebooked here from the Waldhaus am See, which was a big detour on the hike on the Rothaarsteig. Who does not hike a recommendation!

Very clean rooms. Attention is paid to hygiene. Friendly staff and very good food. There are enough sun loungers by the pool. Sauna and indoor swimming pool restricted to people. Rooms 1 and 2 exposed to noise from slamming doors that lead to the sunbathing area. Very uncomfortable. Today after four nights I unfortunately have to say that the black hair in the bathroom is still in the same place in the bathroom. Too bad. Otherwise everything was great and we'll be back.
