Situated right in the center of Winterberg.
Staying one night and this was my view!
After my complaint this morning the comment was simple, with your next stay, mention you don't want this room!

Pretty much misplaced arrogance!😟
On Friday 11-02 I was in a car accident and spent a week in the hospital with a broken chest bone. I am currently recovering from the accident and this doesn't allow us to travel to the hotel. We have asked the hotel & booking.com if we could move our booking. We provided a docter statement so booking.com agreed to change date but the hotel refuses. They prefer to sell the room twice instead of moving the booking. Will never book again at this hotel. It's a shame that booking.com cares about the customer but this small family hotel only thinks about their own profit.
Staff was polite and it's a pitty for them working for this man! I would never go back! From the first moment he welcomed us with complains
About the beds, we never slept all night! Mattress and pillows were just trash
