We booked a room in this hotel, but when we got there they send us to a ugly, smelly cold and without internet ! We went back and complained that that was not aceptable. Then they made us pay extra to give us a room in de hotel that the lift did not reach ! I was disspointed

Beautiful hotel. Pool, sauna facilities excellent. Breakfast was amazing with loads of vegan options including vegan cheese, ham and sausages. Due to time of year everything closed at 10pm

Good room with enough facilities, but the cleaning service is not good as 4 stars hotel. Also the pool area is not so clean and the pool has not really good filters as well.
The breakfast is good and serves in a cozy place.

This hotel was advertised with spa services food, and in close proximity to ski lifts. What they do not say is that the spa services in the pool they charge per person per day, the ski lifts are not even close and are not within walking distance. To eat at the restaurant you have to reserve it the day before and pay an €18 fee per person. They don’t serve lunch only breakfast and dinner on certain days. The front desk people were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Parking was another area of contention as there is not enough parking for the guests and the road to get to the parking spot is very narrow.

We stayed at a one room apartment with two elders and two children. The apartment is new and well furnished. Very clean. The location is also very good there are lots of activities available around the park. The hotel is having a SPA with an indoor pool. We will go again .

Clean and spacious small apartment, fully equipped kitchen, quiet location within walking distance to the center and supermarket. The pool is not included in the apartments.

Carelessly furnished. OVERPRICED!

Living room:

Windows not cleaned, bare and bare due to lack of textiles (only blinds).

Upholstery worn.

Otherwise clean bathroom and bedroom.
Access to the suite from the 2nd floor via steep stairs (luggage!) required!

Annoyance from chimney smoke on the terrace, so airing the living room only possible to a limited extent.

Price-performance ratio therefore overpriced.

Cleaning service was friendly and OK.
