The location and the breakfast is amazing 👏 they checked us in 1.5 hours earlier. Negative: spa area is super tiny, the outside pool is very very cold. The saunas are super full. We won't come again We needed to pay 3 euro per person for the energy cost. This is hidden cost.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor pool and the saunas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. The only downsides for me were having to pay €12 per day for parking, the food at the spa bar, which could definitely be better, and an additional Energiekostenpauschale that was charged but not specified on *******. Hotel staff are friendly. Pools were nice. Jacuzzi could be warmer. But some issues we had are the following: Upon our first shower in the room, all of a sudden the water backed up and we were standing in 6-8 cm of dirty water. I've been coming here regularly for over 10 years and will continue to do so. However, recently the hotel started asking you to pay extra for smoked salmon at the breakfast buffet...which honestly just looks cheap (rather simply remove the smoked salmon from the offerings if you want to...). The restaurant (Pechhütte) changes its menu every couple months and this means the food is often not very good...

My feelings doubled of our experience at Velotel Bad Saarow: + cozy and lovely hotel itself with helpful staff. Dog friendly. Nothing to complain. - awful breakfast which was served at the neighborhood hotel. For €12,50pp you will get two months old butter, two pieces of bread, a little bit of cheese, and few slices of ham/ salami, chemical coffee together with a super rude lady.

Everything was OK so far. At Easter the beds were not made and the room was not cleaned. 12€/day for the outdoor parking space is surprising.

It’s a lonely bus stop with no shed or benches, but close by there are a lot of trees. The bus frequencies aren’t much, hence waiting times can be longer. Caution: carry an umbrella to protect against rains and harsh sun!

You can't describe how bad the staff and the head of the SPA area are and the icing on the cake was the hotel manager. We had booked from Friday to Monday and left early today on Sunday because we were so exhausted by these people that we had no rest. PS the worst mistake is when the guest express their opinion to the management in this hotel.

One beautiful summer day we were exploring the provinces on a houseboat and we came across the idyllically located lake hotel restaurant. The view of the lake is a dream, but the price is more like a nightmare. For 25 euros I got a veal schnitzel that was more like dried meat - a real culinary adventure. Stayed with our two kitties for a chill firework free new years, could not recommend more. Fireworks are prohibited in the property and they’re pet friendly. The place is quiet, in the middle of the forest, on a lake shore. We like the environment, and the breakfast was good. But if you crave city vibes and/or hate East German retro styling, you might do better at another place.

My daughter has stayed here twice at German camp. Very clean rooms and nice surroundings. It's set on a lake in the middle of a forest. Historically it's interesting too as this is where the old east German big wigs hung out.

It's about as American as you can get in Germany. The burgers are amazing and we love the ice cream school bus in the summer. We did not go into the Motel. The diner was typical of Germans trying to recreate at Route 66 atmosphere. I grew up in California and they are doing a good job. Good breakfast and good service. There was no socket by the bedside , normally I wouldn’t mind, but it was a bit inconvenient in case of a flight cancellation or an early departure. Overall, it was a good experience.

Altrough clean rooms, great food and place there was a big problem. I was sleeping here after cancelled flight at BER airport. I was here around 12pm and fire alarm that was over my head suddenly started at 6am due to someone smoking or cooking in the room. Hotel staff couldnt locate the room it was starting in so alarm was starting over and over for another hour.

My staying went very well, the place is a bit old but fully functioning. Food and breakfast were excellent and available almost the all day.

This is a very big and especially good hotel for corporate conferences, meetings and get together. It is somewhat outside of Berlin from where there is no direct transportation. If you have car then OK otherwise you have to depend upon taxi-on-call. Hotel’s menu was good. We are vegetarians and stayed for two days. We did not find any problem. The staff were friendly and helpful. We chose the hotel because I thought we could walk between it and the airport. However its not possible to do so as no footpaths. There is a bus from the airport to near the hotel but unknown to us. The duvet was too narrow for the double bed, I think it was a single. Its around E19 for a taxi. Good for a pre or post flight.

Easyjet booked me into this hotel after my flight was cancelled. I don't really know how to explain this place. Room was weirdly decorated, the bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean. There was a gym with the same tartan patterned carpet which I thought was a little weird too, the bar area looked like it was something from 1930's Germany! Nice location, no food on Sunday evening but we were on a guided tour anyway. There was no air circulation in the room until we opened the window, it was very hot. There were only a few electrical plugs in our room, Wi-Fi OK. Not tea or coffee making facilities in the room but they are available by the lift on our floor at least. We came here with our dog for New Year's to escape the craziness in Berlin. This hotel is very pet friendly and was packed with dogs which was awesome, thank you for caring. We spent Silvester night here with our two dogs. You barely can hear anything with windows closed. Minus is, they charge 12€ per dog, which i think is fair, but would be better if they tell you that in advance while booking. Territory around is quiet and with little fields to walk at. I needed a one night room last minute, as a solo traveler. B&b hotels made it super easy for me to book a room and provided such comfort- and peaceful state of mind while I was with them. The breakfast room was spacious and they had a great selection of bread, fruit, cheese, tea, and oatmeal toppings.

After 10 PM, there’s no staff on site and check-in is fully automated. However, the process is quite tricky. A fellow passenger had trouble checking in—possibly due to a small spelling mistake or some other issue—and I tried helping him from midnight until 2 AM. They provided a late check-in which was super convenient. The room was quite cosy and the bed could be small for a huge person (bunk-bed in a 4 person dormitory). The hotel is functional. It’s a short train ride from the airport (in the direction away from Berlin) and a few hundred meters walk. Room was clean and comfortable enough. We had an issue with the AC and the staff offered a quick solution.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were very well maintained and we found rooms for 15 people at the last minute. Thanks to Wizz Airlines we were able to stay here for one night. The Berliner Kindl is also highly recommended. Overall 5 stars
