Service took 40 mins just to take order.. ( bare in mind we have a young child aswell )
After another 40 mins still no food. Due to small child we asked of its possible to have it as take away instead once of staying here. Attitude went from mildly friendly to just arrogant and ignore as much as they could.
It took over an hour to then actually get the food.
Sweet potatoe fries were mainly burt.
Normal fries were overcooked
And chicken burger patty was burnt on one side
We used to order delivery untill this statted taking 1h30 mins each time. So we thought we give it a chance to go there.
But with even just a few tables present this service was disappointing to say the least
Moreover, this arrogant guy at the bar believe it’s your fault without knowing in advance that they only have one stuff in the kitchen. We even had not right to cancel our food after waiting 1.5 hours. What a joke.
