The mattress alone, which is arguably the most important thing in a hotel like this, is of such quality that you'd want to take it home with you straight away. Overall, the rooms are super clean and stylishly furnished

The bathrooms are also a dream, with a very nice idea with the lake view. I think the price/performance ratio is top-notch. The breakfast is also worth mentioning; I've never had so much choice

The hotel is right on the lake and there is also a delicious breakfast. The staff is VERY nice and the rooms are nicely decorated

The location is okay but not lakefront. Reception is fine, the bar opens only at 5pm, and the sauna is excellent, especially the Finnish sauna with a relaxing essential oil scent, though it closes early at 8pm

Room size is moderate but has all basics, including bathrobes, slippers, towels, and good toiletries. Breakfast is very good for Germany, with hot dishes, a la carte options, champagne, and honeycomb

Overall, hospitality is good with early check-in allowed, but the hotel feels more like a 4-star city hotel than a 5-star mountain resort

The heating system didn’t work and there have been a steam drawing on the bathroom window facing the bedroom. The rest was good.

Our teens thought the pool area which has an indoor outdoor pool was amazing as did we! Super breakfast! Quick walk to the lake but not a good spot to jump in

There is a garage and outdoor parking (charging only outdoor but it’s valet). Several restaurants, best having 2 Michelin stars. Excellent service! Our room was not very big, but it was comfortable

The holiday/stay was short, but a culinary dream. The wine event was perfectly planned and organised, the food and wine were excellent. Otherwise, our stay was made as pleasant as possible. We would love to come back.

The entire Überfahrt staff were incredible - from the man who brought our bags to the room, the woman who steamed my wedding dress, the cleaning staff, the wait staff who worked our reception, the night manager who brought us coffee while we waited for our 5AM airport transfer - everything was perfect and every interaction was wonderful

There were also so many personal touches woven throughout our stay (a congratulatory dessert, flowers, champagne, and handwritten note waiting for us in our complimentary upgraded suite, congratulations cake delivered to our suite the day after the wedding, and so much more)

Breakfast was incredible, the restaurants were amazing, the hotel was gorgeous, the spa was other-worldly, and the staff did everything in their power to make sure I had everything I could have needed

During our 10day stay in Schliersee our group has eaten at a number of restaurants. On a Sunday evening we were able to find a table at Terofal without needing to book as two other “recommended” eateries were booked out

Menu was typical Bavarian fare but cooked to perfection. Simple food done well, pork roast with dumplings and roast beef with potatoes in onion gravy, both served with fresh garden salad

I had trouble parking near the hotel. Google maps takes me to the front of the hotel, yet the road is closed off. I was tired after a day of driving. That was inconvenient. It was not like that last year.

She also organised the sauna for us on 2 occasions which was good. Location is good, the ski slopes, ski schools and equipment hire that we used were about 20 mins walk away at the far side of the picturesque lake

We received very good service from the friendly staff and our room was excellent, spacious with a cozy feel to it. The building it self is amazing and gives a wonderful medieval feel, but with all the modern technology

The food was very good as was the wine but the restaurant staff were very diffident and unhelpful I cannot recommend them. We were not impatient or demanding but trying to get the bill was a trial

The decor is custom and original, rustic yet precise and very comfortable. I thought we were staying in a 5 star monastery turned tourist boutique. And the bathroom was beautiful and modern

We stayed at the Hotel Happinger Hof for two nights. We only learnt about Rosenheim when we realised that staying in Munich just before New Year's Eve was prohibitively expensive, and so we looked for an alternative

There is a Rewe Express and a petrol station near the hotel, and parking is $3 Euro a night (7pm-7am). The shower water pressure is enough so that it won't be cold and hot at times. Breakfast included, and quite rich
