The mattress alone, which is arguably the most important thing in a hotel like this, is of such quality that you'd want to take it home with you straight away. Overall, the rooms are super clean and stylishly furnished

Cozy place, greatly located. The restaurant was very cozy, friendly personnel and with great food. Same with the breakfast. The hotel could get some renovation done but there was nothing wrong with our room.
The light lunch we had was very good, but prices were higher than other Alpine tourist destinations
I had trouble parking near the hotel. Google maps takes me to the front of the hotel, yet the road is closed off. I was tired after a day of driving. That was inconvenient. It was not like that last year.

Not realising that the hotel is in one building and reception and breakfast was in another was a bit confusing - but we had the help of some other guests to help us find it!
We used this for a transit between Milan and Munich but would stay longer on a future trip. Lovely hotel in a charming town in picturesque rural Bavaria. Would be a great base for walking in woods or mountains.
This hotel would have been a grand experience a few years ago -- she is a little tired now but still lovely

The person who booked for them probably didn't inform the hotel about their late arrival but this lady did her best to give a room for my parents, who travelled there for 13 hours (she didn't know this)

The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the girl on reception who spoke good English and made a lot of effort to find us things to do on a day when it rained and skiing looked like it wouldn't be possible
She also organised the sauna for us on 2 occasions which was good. Location is good, the ski slopes, ski schools and equipment hire that we used were about 20 mins walk away at the far side of the picturesque lake
Cereal, fruit, yogurts and some sausages/cured meat, pastries and tea/coffee We ate in the restaurant one night and it was good, unfortunately it was only open Friday and Saturday when we were there
There are a couple of good restaurants/bars in between. Breakfast in the morning was basic but sufficient, we got enough to do us for each day's skiing
Overall, this is a perfectly good hotel in a good location, with good staff, good facilities and traditional charm, and everything you could need

This is a nice hotel. It's traditionally furnished but everything is new and super clean. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast was small but good and included. The staff is super friendly.

Every request of ours (we needed a smaller cot than the one prepared before check-in, bedroom was too warm for us at the first night) was heard and fulfilled with a friendly, seemingly genuine smile

We stayed at the Hotel Happinger Hof for two nights. We only learnt about Rosenheim when we realised that staying in Munich just before New Year's Eve was prohibitively expensive, and so we looked for an alternative

If you are visiting, I would reccomend it for families. My family did not stay here , but we are their. The food was very good(big meals) and it was inspired by Austrian, italian and german
The breakfast was wide-ranging and plentiful, with many breads, eggs, meats, cheeses and homemade jams to pick from. We ate at the restaurant on our first night, and this was also clean and comfortable
The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had no issue accessing the shower (as per our request). The beds were comfortable and warm, and we slept soundly while there
