Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, and did many extra things to help. My first day in Germany goes smoothly.👍😜
The restaurant was a bit off a mixed batch. We had two very lovely evenings with good food when everything went fine.
We also had one day that was a catastrophe. Over 1,5 hours for the food to arrive - only to still be raw on the inside... Staff did apologize and was friendly even when stressed out though.
Might have just been a day off though - and as the rest of the stay went well I'll still go with 4* over all.
Then i paid 80 EUR a night and a lady checked in just after me and paid 55 EUR as a walkin which should always be more expensive ..... just not cool ...
