This is the best place to stay if you want a clean room with a spectacular view of Tegernsee. Also included is one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve ever had in our travels to Germany. They have assorted meats, smoked salmon, fruits, assorted jellies, the best coffee and more. I highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is easy to find and there is free car parking available, although it did take a couple of attempts to find the entrance to the car park. A cozy but somewhat spacious hotel. It has a restaurant with two sides - inner "oldschool", a really pleasant authentic vibe. We spent two nights here recently and had a chance to dine at the restaurant on premises. wife and I have stayed several times. This time we stopped on our drive from Italy crossing the Alps to Munich on a beautiful October day. We stopped for a small, delicious lunch on the patio. We enjoyed the fall sun and the one of a kind 180 degree view over the Tegernsee, into the Alps we just had driven through. We continued on to drive another hour to our Munich hotel.

I was there for 1 week. The hotel is right on the lake and there is also a delicious breakfast. The staff is VERY nice and the rooms are nicely decorated. Unfortunately there is only breakfast for lunch or in the evening you have to reserve somewhere else.

We attended my niece's wedding at the hotel's special wedding venue next to the main hotel building. The venue has indoor seating for around 70 guests on two floors, and is what is best described as typically bavarian, with wooden beams, walls and flooring. So it is a very charming venue for small weddings. The service was stellar as was the food - all locally sourced (I'm told).

With the town centered around wellness tourism, this hotel has the right atmosphere. Sauna, indoor heated swimming pool and close to all the city attractions. The staff all dressed in traditional Bavarian dress.

Well they can’t do anything about the weather so this time we were in our Junior Suite more than usual. It is really comfortable and of course spacious. It has a great view of the lake and is the only hotel in Bad Wiessee with direct access to swimming. This is our go to quiet destination for relaxing. A very nice hotel, located right on Lake Tegernsee. We spent a few days there with the kids. Schnitzers Dahoam was our base for several excursions. The owners are very friendly and gave us great tips. And the "golden autumn" is simply beautiful. There were several guests with dogs. Very polite and friendly host. Nice wellness center and sauna. Very quiet room. If you come alone you might get friendly company for the delicious dinner. The dinner is one of a kind! Workers are very friendly.

The biggest positive surprise I've experienced in a hotel so far. We had room 1 on the ground floor. Lovingly furnished suite with a huge terrace and romantic garden. Breakfast has everything you could wish for as a guest. But the real highlight of this hotel are the hosts. Super friendly, always attentive and courteous. Wishes are fulfilled before they are spoken. Just fantastic. 1000% recommendation...

The best hotel we have stayed at. Every detail was wonderful and taken care of, we highly recommend the restaurant package, in particular the Clubhaus and Gasthof restaurants. Japanese restaurant was okay, and I probably would have tried one of the others instead. But that is the tiniest detail—this is a hotel we will visit for many years to come.
