The hotel is relatively new, but it's noticeably understaffed and lacks experience. The breakfast was average, but several staff members were excellent—warm, attentive, and with great service awareness! Overall, it was acceptable.

This hotel is known for its value for money around Lake Tegensee. Rooms are well-equipped with bathrobes, slippers, and quality toiletries. While the corner rooms offer parking views, they are well-insulated. The breakfast is a highlight, with honeycomb and à la carte options – a rarity in Germany. The wellness center's sauna and fitness area are well-maintained, but the swimming pool is limited in size. The staff are attentive, and early check-in arrangements are handled well. If your budget allows, a lake-view room is recommended to compensate for the lack of a lakeside location.

The hotel looks new and modern, and being part of the Marriott Group, we had high expectations. Upon arrival, it felt more like a city hotel than a resort—small, with nothing particularly impressive in the daytime. Nighttime lighting is nice.

The location is okay but not lakefront. Reception is fine, the bar opens only at 5pm, and the sauna is excellent, especially the Finnish sauna with a relaxing essential oil scent, though it closes early at 8pm. The indoor pool is small, but the spa area is relaxing.

Room 124 was a corner room with a lobby parking view. Everything was modern, very clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room size is moderate but has all basics, including bathrobes, slippers, towels, and good toiletries.

Breakfast is very good for Germany, with hot dishes, a la carte options, champagne, and honeycomb. Staff are attentive and welcoming.

Parking at £19 is expensive; including it in the room rate would improve value. Overall, hospitality is good with early check-in allowed, but the hotel feels more like a 4-star city hotel than a 5-star mountain resort.

Amazing stay
Wow what a treat after a couple of very average hotels on our trip. Felt like a 5 star resort treatment. Great spa, great underground parking, friendly service, epic room, awesome rooftop bar, easy walk to lake. Will definitely visit again and can highly recommend.

Great, new and stylish hotel with big and clean rooms and a big spa area with 3 different saunas.

The heating system didn’t work and there have been a steam drawing on the bathroom window facing the bedroom. The rest was good.

The hotel is located by a beautiful lake and is a Marriott resort hotel.
It takes about 6 minutes to walk from the lake, and only some rooms can see the lake.
The hotel is very new and the facilities are first-class in Europe.
The rooftop bar on the 5th floor is good, and the dishes are of the same quality and price as those outside.

Very suitable for business trips or travel vacations. Overall, it is very cost-effective among Rome hotels. The rooms are spacious with independent balconies. There are supermarkets, cafes, 24-hour gas stations, supermarkets and cigarette shops within a 600-800m walk nearby, which can meet basic shopping needs. There are two disadvantages to consider: 1. The hotel has many tour groups, and it will be very crowded after 4 pm. At the same time, too many groups lead to a poor breakfast experience; 2. There is no subway station or bus near the hotel. There is a subway station more than 1km away on foot, but it is 8-10km away from the city center by car. It is relatively convenient to take a taxi, about 22-30 euros, and the difference between the daytime price and the nighttime price is 5 euros. Considering the overall hotel level and price in Rome, it is highly recommended!
