Lovely Boutique Hotel, very dedicated staff, perfect service, very clean environment, very tasteful furnishings matching the style of the villa. Cozy bar with an excellent drinks menu offering a comprehensive selection of fine wines, cognac, and gin.

Very stylish and classy hotel in the heart of Dusseldorf. Great services, located in a quiet location surrounded by greenery that makes you feel like in a holiday. The breakfast room facing the interior garden was awesome.

I live alone in a building over a hundred years old. The deep atmosphere of the hotel and the room is very strange. There is a painting of a weird woman on the wall. Her eyes at night often make my scalp tingle. I always feel that this is like the ** in European and American horror movies. If you travel alone, you can try it if you are brave enough.

The hotel was wonderful . Location was quiet wit easy access to public transportation. Lovely rooms comfortable bed . Helpful staff . Overall a very good hotel. Good value. We would definitely stay there again.

These people are arrogant, rude, haughty and snooty and a lot of other things that I will refrain from stating here. They did not allow me to stay at the hotel because I left a review about 6 months ago stating that as there was no Air Con I would not recommend staying there during the summer months. They only informed me of their refusal upon my arrival. What a joke!

Management are so egotistical that they can't even accept small criticisms! I would understand the ego if it was superb hotel but the hotel is not that great! It's in a terrible location, has very few services and the staff are rude. It's probably a nice stay if you like travelling back in time a couple of hundred years!!

Old Mansion converted to 5 star hotel. Everything is clean , comfy and beautiful. Attention to detail is everywhere and the staff were all very friendly. This is the only place I would ever stay in Düsseldorf.
