I have stayed here twice for a week or 2 for training. It was the best experience i have had, hands down attentive staff, outstanding accomodations, the best breakfast ever !!!!!. Will definatley return and bring my family to this awesome Inn. Thank you for the experience!

We stayed here for 2 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay here! The room was really nice and clean. Also the food and drinks were really good, we could enjoy it on their little green terrace, which had the feeling of a garden.

We have played in the Restaurant by the wine growers in the Celebration of our Wedding. The Service and the food were just perfect, our wishes were all fulfilled. In the Winter, very nice in the fireplace room and in the summer, perfect to unwind on the terrace. We are certainly looking at this year, one or the other time over :)

Paul and Roma were very helpful at check-in. I went to my room, and while there was a large bed, the sofa was made up as a bed. I went back to reception, to ask if someone from housekeeping could unmake the sofa, to be told that all housekeeping staff had left! Went to Mannheim as I lived there from 1960-1962 when my Father was stationed there with the US Army. The town and surrounding area has changed in that town. Construction is all over the area and the Military Bases have been bulldozed with the Army giving the Bases the Bases back to the German Government in 1990. Still an enjoyable visit!!!

A good radisson Hotel. Nothing special, just like you expect. However you feel that there are changes. Not always for the better.

It was not me staying in the Hotel, I did undergo an operation in the near by hospital and my wife was staying in the hotel. As useal, the stay in the hospital had to be extendet and the hotel had no problem with the dayly changes. Finally thestay in the hospital could not be calculated anymore and my wife checked out and the hotel allowed us to leave my car without additional cost there. Maybe next...

Good service and good food! The service was fantastic! Our family checked in pretty late and they offered us a special treatment allowing us to order a quick dinner after working hours! Great restaurant in the hotel which is located in downtown area and very convenient for walking and going to anywhere.

We were stuck in a bad situation with a broken car on a national holiday, where we had to wait for someone to pick us up from multiple hours away. The hotel allowed us to rest in our room during the day free of charge, many hours over the usual check out time, for us to be comfortable with our baby while waiting. An extremely nice gesture! Very clean and nice room with excellent service.

It started well with the staff changing our room as the one selected was way too warm. The location is good, in the center. The code to enter back to the hotel at night did not work. TWICE. 2 different codes. We got lucky some guests let us in. Bathroom are ok. Cleaning ok.

A quickie in Mannheim I needed an economical place for one night for a business trip that was safe, clean, easy walking distance conference center and train station. Only odd thing was that I was housed at Hotel Bismarck, a sister hotel, with no frorewarning despite my explicit email that I would arrive at midnight. I spent 7 hours there and did not partake breakfast due to meeting schedule.

We stayed last minute 2 nights for a family emergency, location near the Klinikum Ludwigshafen, directly at Ebertpark was a big plus for us, so was the possibility of same day cancellation and late check in (24h reception). Very friendly staff at the reception as well as the lady in the breakfast room. Comfy and big room with an excellent bed and bathroom. Nearby at walking distance was a good restaurant. The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of things to eat. You can even get a bag for some extras for on the road. The location off the highway is great for an stop in the journey. The hotel is extremely strict about non-smokers – you even have to sign a declaration to that effect. I was very surprised when we entered our room and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. We were immediately given a new room and everything was fine.

I love this hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful, my room was clean and quiet and if given the chance, I would stay again.

Nice layout, but the transparent bathroom door may indispose some guests. No kitchen cutlery/pots/pans was provided, making it pretty much useless. The microwave rotating plate was missing, but the maintenance team quickly provided a replacement one.

The location is excellent, facing the lake and offering a view of Neuschwanstein Castle. The cleanliness is also good. This is a good choice for tourists visiting Neuschwanstein Castle. Meals are included. It's very suitable for couples and families.

Cozy and central place to stay Newly renovated, spacious, and well equipped rooms, especially the shower was pretty and large. Only thing I missed was a fridge. Staff very friendly, check-in and -out fast. Well suited for a business trip with a tram line just around the corner and restaurants/bars and supermarkets nearby. Our stay at this gem of a hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment of arrival at the reception we were all made to feel very welcome. Amazing restaurant near mannheim. The menu is very well designed and offers vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Every dish is well curated and nicely presented and more importantly is delicious. The hotel was the perfect stopover on my way from the Netherlands to Switzerland. Super close to the highway, good bed and a very nice shower. In the center of Mannheim, you can find a public parking lot yourself. There is an underground parking lot about 300 meters away. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the room is pretty clean.

The reception and service personell was very friendly and helpful. The pricing is very good for a location so close to the center. You hear the neighbor's voice very very clear and you don't feel nice.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it very convenient for transient visitors. Many restaurants are found in the area for dining options. It’s also a few minutes walk to the Water Tower. The property is a bit old and you can smell it as you come inside your room. However, the room is very clean and spacious. The staff are nice and cordial.

Really nice staff and also a clean hotel. Only drawback is that the hours are limited when you can get help from an employee on site. The reception is staffed from 12:00-18:00 although the other staff like cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful, and to be fair the reception staff does sometimes work outside the posted time. This is a lovely hotel! You can tell the owners take pride in it and are dedicated to provide a clean and beautiful space. The breakfast is amazing too. We hardly speak German and the owners speak some English. Despite this barrier, we communicated just fine and had pleasant exchanges. I am very glad we chose this hotel for our night in Mannheim.

The food and drinks were good. The Buffet for the planned guests are sufficiently diverse. Alone, the operation seemed to be overwhelmed. Also the language skills seemed to be missing to put all of the orders. With more and better trained staff about safe perfect.
