I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel, where I booked and stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and far below acceptable standards.

From the first night, the room was unbearably cold. I reported this problem to the reception, but was told that the temperature was fixed and could not be adjusted. Later, another member of staff tried to change the temperature; however, the heating system still did not work. Furthermore, the air conditioning filter was very dirty, clearly indicating a lack of proper maintenance.

When I asked for an extra blanket due to the cold, I was informed that none were available. The pillows in the room were also damaged and unusable. When I complained about this, I was again told that no replacements were available.

The quality of the breakfast was very poor. The bananas served were blackened and overripe, and the breakfast overall was unacceptable. A hotel is expected to provide at least a clean and comfortable room and a decent breakfast, but your hotel did not even meet these basic expectations.

As a result of this situation, my wife fell ill during our stay. The receptionist was aware of her illness. Instead of enjoying our trip, we are now involved in medical treatment. This is completely unacceptable.

This was a pretty easy spot for Oktoberfest located about 10 minutes walk from the train that will get you anywhere around Munich. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. They have inexpensive and good pizza for sale up at the front desk along with a nice bar and seating area where I chatted with a lovely group of random travelers. Room was spacious enough for us two.

Very nice and clean hotel, but also very basic. Ideal if you just need a bed, bath and breakfeast.
The hotel is located in the "messe" area, a quiete neighborhood in an industrial area with absolutely no activity at night.
We stayed there as a family of 4 for the 4. time on our way from Denmark to Italy on vacation.
The hotel is located only a few kilometers from the highway.

The location would usually be good, but I didn’t realize that the main train line that goes to the nearest station was under construction so getting here as of now is a bit more inconvenient. No fault of the hotel but want to let people know so they know to double check when booking. As for the hotel itself, it is conveniently located about half a mile (less than 1km) from the train station and there are bus stops all around if you’re comfortable using the bus system.
