B&B HOTEL München-Messe in Aschheim

DO NOT STAY HERE

A friend and I stayed at München Messe from the 2nd to the 5th of October. Upon arrival we decided to pay for buffet breakfast, being 12.90 euro per night per person. Firstly, the orange juice was empty on the first day, being 7:30am. The selection of food was very minimal. The second and third day there was absolutely no change in the food, as in the food was literally the same food as what was put out the first day… after the first day you could tell they were severely dried out, the fruit salad was also mushy!!

To then also add, our room was directly next door to your kitchen. At 5:30am every morning for our stay, your workers/chefs would start making an absolute racket with preparing the food and even played music… not acceptable as we were not planning to get up at this time in the mornings, there should be atleast soundproofing or no room directly next to your kitchen…

++ Another added note, nobody came and switched our towels/made our linen for a day and I had to physically take it to reception. We also had one of your workers walk into our room while we were getting ready, after 12pm!! When it states room cleaning will be done before this time

I have contacted your franchise for a refund twice and havent had anyone even email me or contact me to discuss this further
