This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel during business trip.
The first time I believe I got a slightly bigger room than I got this time. Nevertheless, space is not an issue.
The bathroom had days with really bad smell coming from the pipes.
The breakfast is very basic but good.
Nearby the hotel there are not so many restaurants but there is grocery stores and shops to buy in.

Staff didn't seems like they cared much about anything. When we walked into the room the shower glass door where not mounted they were just standing inside the shower, it was very dangerous especially for kids. I've reported it but no one came so I've removed myself. Hotel itself is basic but this was expected, the rooms were not clean enough. If the staff were more helpful it would improve out stay much more.

The hotel is just acceptable.
Main reason for it is the service being absolutely disastrous. I only wanted to pay for having breakfast at the reception around 10 am, 04.10.2025, (breakfast closes at 10:30), no one came for 20 minutes. This was on a normal Saturday morning. They should have at least 2 people at the reception, there were other people waiting as well apart of me! Went to grab breakfast at the bakery in Edeka nearby...
Don't expect much from the staff. They just don't care about their job.

Overall, I had a positive experience. The property is centrally located, with the U-Bahn station just a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets conveniently located right next to the property. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues: the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and there was a stain on the pillowcase.

Reasonable hotel close to a UBahn station to get init the city. Perfect for Oktoberfest! Pillows are a bit weak so you might need two!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay in B&B Hotel München city west. The location is great, it's 3 mins walk to the U bahn & grocery stores are also near by.
The area is quiet & it was very easy to reach. The staff was friendly & the room was clean. We can definitely come again.

We stayed in a family room for 2 nights - a perfect base to travel in to the city only 15mins by subway. The room was quite compact however we were only there to sleep. All very efficient to check in and out and the staff we friendly. Only downside was the parking charge of EUR15 per night was quite expensive in my opinion and it’s very narrow to drive in. We didn’t have breakfast there but there is a good grocery store and Lidl next door. Overall good value for price paid.
