Reviews
The next morning, however, another staff member named Stella had a completely different attitude—she was quite cold and unfriendly. I asked her about the possibility of changing our rooms to the other side of the hotel where there is a working elevator and where we could have all three rooms on the same floor. Although I explained that I had booked three rooms and hoped to have them together, she informed us that it wasn’t possible that day due to full occupancy. We accepted that, but asked if it could be arranged the following day if rooms became available.
While we understood the situation, Stella’s unhelpful and unfriendly left a negative impression—especially in contrast to Nina, who had been so genuinely caring and helpful.
Great hotel in Munich! 🏨✨ The rooms are modern and beautiful 🛏️, very quiet 🌙, and perfect for a comfortable stay. Prices are reasonable 💶👍, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing 😌. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! 🌟
This is the PERFECT HOTEL, I couldn’t have been happier!
After reviewing my options as a solo traveler in July 2025, I was worried I would be stuck in a hostel. I was hesitant about this hotel because it gave me ”too good to be true” but I was wrong.
This hotel is BEAUTIFUL, from the lobby to the rooms! It seems brand new and renovated. I had the single traveler room and it was my best stay out in my Central Europe trip!
The staff is super friendly and helped me out with anything I needed.
My room was so nice, had a large tv, a reading light, and pretty much anything to make me comfortable.
The best thing however: HIGHLY EFFECTIVE AIR CONDITIONING!
After some awful nights sleep at other places, I’m so glad I finished my trip here.
The bathroom had actually counter top space to place your things
*LOCATION*
Here is the only negative, the hotel is placed in a bit of a “doggy” area, not the nicest is all I’ll say. Friday night it was a bit louder than other nights but you barely hear it. They must of put really good windows in. When I say barely hear it I mean you hear maybe 5% of the noise if not less. Will not impact sleep.
However, it is right beside the main train station which is so convenient. It’s also so close to the old town, I could conveniently stop by whenever.
I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to traveler s on a bit more of a budget, of course you can stay in the Hilton in Old Town if you can afford it. I could not be happier with my stay!
Review:
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The stay was significantly overpriced, costing us EUR €200–300 per night, and yet the room had no functioning air conditioning.
Despite an AC unit clearly installed in the room, it wasn’t working. We initially assumed it was broken and asked the staff to fix it. To our surprise, they claimed that our room does not include air conditioning as part of the amenities – which is completely ridiculous.
Instead of taking accountability, the hotel pushed the blame to Agoda, claiming the platform didn’t list the amenities clearly. We felt deceived and misled. For the price we paid, we expected at the very least a comfortable, climate-controlled room — not to sweat through the night.
We later discovered we’re not the only ones who’ve encountered this issue. Consider this a warning to future travelers: double-check your room type and don’t assume that a visible air conditioning unit means you can use it.
Definitely not worth the price.
Was put in a room overlooking the main vents for the kitchens so constant smell of grease, and a view of massive ducts.
The worse thing though was despite having a do no disturb sign on the door on the first day of the stay someone went into the room and went through my things.
On the second day some things went missing.
When I spoke to the staff about this they said it was impossible as there was only one key issued, which was nonsense as we had two for a start.
They made zero effort to help and were not interested, suggesting this goes on all the time.
I then paid for another hotel nearby despite there being two nights left to run. Unsurprisingly despite the do not disturb being on the door again someone yet again went into the room to rifle through our remaining things.
Avoid this dark dubious dump.
If you want that location go to the Mercury next door who were fabulous. And you could swing a cat in their rooms.
However while we stayed for five nights we were given room adjacent to stairs and lift. This meant you heard lift moving at night and noise from other guests walking up stairs or departing lift.
While wifi is offered, it did not work effectively in the room and while I mentioned it no practical solution was offered. A change of room would have been good.
After three days we asked for a change of towels as they were either stained or were thin and had holes in them. Despite this replacement towels also had holes. Mentioned this to reception but towels were not replaced.
Hotel offers a full breakfast but apparently you need to give prior notice if you require gluten free. They did heat up a frozen bread roll. Cooked breakfast only included scrambled & boiled eggs, bacon and pork sausages, which I don’t call a full breakfast. One morning there was no bacon on offer as they had run out. Breakfast does not compare to those of similar rated hotels.
Overall we enjoyed our stay due to location but feel the hotel needs to do better in some areas, considering room prices.
