Lovely, quiet villa just a mere 10 minute walk to Tölz’ city centre. Located in the town’s beautiful spa area, far away from traffic.
The room is huge, all spotlessly clean and with plenty of closet space for those staying longer.
Check-in happens through two codes sent to you per email or sms, the keypads work fine. Instructions are excellent.
Communication with the host by phone was pleasant, polite and very helpful. Prices are fair, especially compared to other accommodations in Tölz.

I needed a room quickly and found it.
The room is as described and everything is fine for me. Breakfast is nearby, it's only 200 meters away. In Tölz most of the people are nice and helpful and the same here. :-)

Very quiet location, but still within walking distance to the city center. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Check in and check out went smoothly and uncomplicated. Thank you to the operators. We'd love to come back anytime. Clear recommendation!
