A good hotel in a convenient location. Our room was quiet and fairly spacious, with good bedding and a clean bathroom.
Breakfast was included. The café is quite large, with warm pastries and a wide selection of tea.

The rude & unprofessional staff here treated my wife with absolutely zero respect when she was staying here alone on a business trip! Some anonymous creep called the landline in her room early in the morning, harassing her by breathing loudly and not saying anything and doing God knows what. When my wife asked the receptionist to investigate, the girl simply declared that “it wasn’t her” and considered the problem solved! Madness. No investigation, no compensation, no apology. No basic human decency, no common sense. Just nothing. We are wondering: why are they not investigating who harassed my wife? How does it benefit them not to look into this? Rude at best, very suspicious at worst.

Absolutely not friendly reception staff!!! Not saying Hello, arrogant angry faces… Will not come back to this hotel, very disappointed!

It is close to the train station and was recently revampled.

My wife fell seriously ill and I cancelled with plenty of time.
(I'm sure they rebooked the room)
No refund, no sympathy.

The staff are excellent from the front desk to breakfast room to house-keeping. My room was 15 meters from the train station and I could hear announcements and obviously, trains. However, with the windows and doors closed, it was surprisingly quiet.

We found the Bayerisher Hof to be just right for our 2 night stay. All of the staff were very friendly and happy to help us with directions and with booking restaurants as needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast, especially the fresh juice, and the pickled beetroot and pickled cucumber. The location was great, as we were travelling by train and it was just across from the station. It was also across from the bus station, which was convenient to take bus 303 out to the Hermitage. We could also easily walk into the centre, including Oskar restaurant, which was fabulous. It was a great hotel for us!

Very nice large and bright room. Close to all amenities. Easy check in and nice lady at reception. More attention to dusting would be my only suggestion. Allergies were acting up. Definitely recommend

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable, great location at train station and easy walk to all attractions including the brilliant Oskar restaurant. Easy bus 303 to hermitage from station. An excellent breakfast continually topped up with extra fresh delights.
