The whole stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, the room I booked was spacious, and it had a beautiful view of the icy mountains. The sauna and gym were free of charge! 🤩

The room and breakfast were great, but check in was not. The check in person may have been stressed but.... We dinged the bell, could hear voices, and still had to wait till they finished their conversation. We requested 2 beds, got to the room and it had 1 bed. Went back to the desk, she went up to check on another room for us, and by the time she returned there was a tour group with room issues....

My friends and I stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were HUGE! Toilets were HUGE! Cleanliness was up to standard. To our delight, 2 sets of toiletries were provided for each room, specifically shower caps, cotton buds, body lotion and tissues. The shower was fitted with a body cum hair shampoo. Great location! There's a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. They also have an underground parking garage. The room itself was very spacious, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. Plus, it's very close to Neuschwanstein Castle.

Clean and Comfortable room with lots of lights. Very good breakfast. Luggage storage seems not very safe because anyone can go in the storage room without any permits. No one serves you.

Location was good, near the center of Fussen and ~7min from railway station. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was nice and clean.

The hotel is truly recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful… feel welcome with the hospitality of the staff from reception and house keeping. The environment is good, and it's close to the city center. There's no free parking, it costs 12 euros + 6 euros. Breakfast is 18 euros. Not worth it.

Location is perfect, within 5min walking distance to their old town and market square, 10-15min drive to Neuschwanstein Castle (parking area). The room is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide onsite parking, need check in first, get the keycard to open the garrage gate.

The hotel is located on the main road just outside Füssen, only a 5-10 minute walk to the town center. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options, but it often hosts tour groups, so it can get crowded in the mornings. The rooms are compact but well-equipped and clean. The front desk staff are very welcoming. Overall, a good stay. Recommended.

We rented the wine cellar for our large group and everything was incredible! The food was amazing- service impeccable and the chef even came to say hi to us! I cannot recommend this place enough for large groups :)

This is a great stay, enough bed space for family of 4 person. The room are warm during the night and bath room as well. We enjoyed the bath tub after a full day activity. The parking is great at this hotel, convenient and relatively good price. The old town tourist street is right in front of the hotel. Overall a great stay.

The breakfast was very rich. It's very close to Neuschwanstein Castle. The room specifications and service are relatively good in the small town of Fussen. Except that the parking lot is relatively small, you can only park in the public parking lot without reservation (the hotel still gives a discount for the parking fee). We had a very nice and modern room with a balcony (but unfortunately quite noisy neighbors), and the wellness area was very relaxing. The food was excellent, but unfortunately the staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed with the shift work, and we found the dinners there to be rather uncomfortable feedings.

We stayed for two nights, it had construction going on but the disruption was very minimal. Good option if you are looking for a convenient place to stay on a budget.

The hotel was in a beautiul location. Housekeeping did not clean our room . We stayed 2 nights. We rented an apartment. No paper towels, only one tea towel. Trash in our rooms was not removed while we stayed there. No clean towels. Room could use a little decoration with coloed paint, wallpaper or even pictures on the wall.
