An excellent hotel with a wonderful swimming pool area and spa section. It would be appropriate to forbid children to jump into the pool, which was unpleasant. Lovely hotel close to Neuschwanstein Castle and nearby lake. Service was excellent and half board was a great option to relax after a busy day site seeing. My teenage girls loved the pool too.

This hotel is gorgeous. The location is amazing. So much to do and see. The staff was friendly and helpful and professional.

The hotel is super nice, the service is outstanding, and all the staff are very kind and accommodating. The restaurant breakfast is of the best quality ( echtes Deutsches qualität). The room is very comfortable and big. We stayed with a toddler, which can be challenging, but everything was perfect.

The whole stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, the room I booked was spacious, and it had a beautiful view of the icy mountains. The sauna and gym were free of charge! 🤩

The room and breakfast were great, but check in was not. The check in person may have been stressed but.... We dinged the bell, could hear voices, and still had to wait till they finished their conversation. We requested 2 beds, got to the room and it had 1 bed. My friends and I stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were HUGE! Toilets were HUGE! Cleanliness was up to standard. To our delight, 2 sets of toiletries were provided for each room, specifically shower caps, cotton buds, body lotion and tissues. The shower was fitted with a body cum hair shampoo. Great location! There's a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. They also have an underground parking garage. The room itself was very spacious, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. Plus, it's very close to Neuschwanstein Castle.

Location is good, close to the train station and the main street They have parking space provided to customers, but need to reserve it in advance, price is reasonable And the room is clean, enough space for single travller. We rented the wine cellar for our large group and everything was incredible! The food was amazing- service impeccable and the chef even came to say hi to us! I cannot recommend this place enough for large groups :)

This is a great stay, enough bed space for family of 4 person. The room are warm during the night and bath room as well. We enjoyed the bath tub after a full day activity. The parking is great at this hotel, convenient and relatively good price. The old town tourist street is right in front of the hotel. Overall a great stay.

The hotel has a free parking lot, the surrounding environment of the town is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic, and the dinner and breakfast are delicious. is the bed is a bit small.

Spent two nights recently. Had a wonderful time. Rooms were exactly like pictures. Big bathroom! Bed was firm but comfortable best sleep of our vacation. Breakfast was great decent selection of fresh items. Front desk staff was able to accommodate our request for an extra nights stay. No restaurant when we were there but staff provided a good suggestion for dinner.

The hotel facilities are good, the surrounding environment is good and quiet. But the location is relatively remote, the breakfast is monotonous, there are no vegetables, the fruits are very few and the quality is very poor, and the restaurant waiters have no sense of service at all.

All staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice amd clean. Would stay here again!

The living conditions are excellent, the environment is beautiful, and it's very convenient to get to the town – just a short walk away. Parking is also very convenient, with underground parking available, which is both safe and reliable.

Speaking some English would help. General "I'm not in a hurry and neither should be you" approach might fire back sometimes

Room showing some wear and tear - lighting very dim and annoying in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was pretty hard and the most annoying thing was the bathroom light is motion activated with no option to turn it off - so at night it was too much for the eyes.

The availability of amenities -- opening the sauana and pool one hour before checkout when they close at 9pm (depsite restaurants being open past that nearby) -- was quite disappointing. All the staff were very welcoming. Facilities and decor were elegantly stylish with a nod to the history of the property.  The location was superb, quiet and with a view of  Schloss Neuschwanstein in the distance. Free bus tickets for the town next were a nice perk.  

It is a family hotel. No one serves after 4pm. Remember to check your emails, otherwise there will be problems with the room card. There is a smell of elders when you enter the door. It has its own parking lot and you can park for free. There is no water heater, but a large bottle of water is provided. The room is small, see the photos.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and beautiful. The staff are very helpful. It's very good. Although I checked in late, the staff did not help me solve the problem impatiently.
