The whole stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, the room I booked was spacious, and it had a beautiful view of the icy mountains. The sauna and gym were free of charge! 🤩

The room and breakfast were great, but check in was not. The check in person may have been stressed but.... We dinged the bell, could hear voices, and still had to wait till they finished their conversation. We requested 2 beds, got to the room and it had 1 bed. Went back to the desk, she went up to check on another room for us, and by the time she returned there was a tour group with room issues....

My friends and I stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were HUGE! Toilets were HUGE! Cleanliness was up to standard. To our delight, 2 sets of toiletries were provided for each room, specifically shower caps, cotton buds, body lotion and tissues. The shower was fitted with a body cum hair shampoo. Great location! There's a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. They also have an underground parking garage. The room itself was very spacious, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. Plus, it's very close to Neuschwanstein Castle.

We stayed 2 nights in the 2nd building,The breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff were helpful and kind. Location is perfect. However the bathroom stinks. We rented the wine cellar for our large group and everything was incredible! The food was amazing- service impeccable and the chef even came to say hi to us! I cannot recommend this place enough for large groups :)

This is a great stay, enough bed space for family of 4 person. The room are warm during the night and bath room as well. We enjoyed the bath tub after a full day activity. The parking is great at this hotel, convenient and relatively good price. The old town tourist street is right in front of the hotel. Overall a great stay.

The breakfast was very rich. It's very close to Neuschwanstein Castle. The room specifications and service are relatively good in the small town of Fussen. Except that the parking lot is relatively small, you can only park in the public parking lot without reservation (the hotel still gives a discount for the parking fee). I am very satisfied with all aspects.

We had a very nice and modern room with a balcony (but unfortunately quite noisy neighbors), and the wellness area was very relaxing. The food was excellent, but unfortunately the staff in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed with the shift work, and we found the dinners there to be rather uncomfortable feedings.

The living conditions are excellent, the environment is beautiful, and it's very convenient to get to the town – just a short walk away. Parking is also very convenient, with underground parking available, which is both safe and reliable.

Speaking some English would help. General "I'm not in a hurry and neither should be you" approach might fire back sometimes

Cannot be compared to other hotels we have already visited in Austria. We felt like strangers. No warmth, the main thing is that we booked the hotel. Restaurant closed for 2 days. (We overlooked this when booking) Very small menu. In my opinion, 4 stars too many.

The hotel facilities are good, the surrounding environment is good and quiet. But the location is relatively remote, the breakfast is monotonous, there are no vegetables, the fruits are very few and the quality is very poor, and the restaurant waiters have no sense of service at all.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there's a river nearby, so it's a great location for a stroll. I wasn't feeling well so I couldn't use the sauna, but I'd like to try it next time. The front desk staff were kind, and although some of them had difficulty speaking English, they were able to help me politely. The lodge-style room was spacious.

I stayed at this hotel a while ago. Currently looking at another trip in this area once we can travel and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff, owner and accommodation were perfect in a beautifully picturesque village. Highly recommended.

I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Germany. I travel a lot especially overseas, and by far this is the best hotel experience I've ever had. Room showing some wear and tear - lighting very dim and annoying in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was pretty hard and the most annoying thing was the bathroom light is motion activated with no option to turn it off - so at night it was too much for the eyes.

The availability of amenities -- opening the sauana and pool one hour before checkout when they close at 9pm (depsite restaurants being open past that nearby) -- was quite disappointing. Pros: Nice new hotel in Füssen. Secluded villa feel/setting, even though you are minutes from the town center. Very nice staff. English speaking. Unique layout that didn't feel like a hotel.
