Hotels with sauna in Fussen

The whole stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, the room I booked was spacious, and it had a beautiful view of the icy mountains. The sauna and gym were free of charge! 🤩

Oddly enough, there were no sockets at both side tables next to the beds, which means we could not charge our hand phones at our bedsides. Although, my friends in the next room reprted No such problems in their room

We requested 2 beds, got to the room and it had 1 bed. Went back to the desk, she went up to check on another room for us, and by the time she returned there was a tour group with room issues

The toilet was brightly lit and there was a hairdryer and vanity mirror. I must add though, that climbing in and out of the bathtub can be hazardous. Not sure if it's safe for old folks

To our delight, 2 sets of toiletries were provided for each room, specifically shower caps, cotton buds, body lotion and tissues. The shower was fitted with a body cum hair shampoo

My friends and I stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were HUGE! Toilets were HUGE! Cleanliness was up to standard

The hotel is truly recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful… feel welcome with the hospitality of the staff from reception and house keeping

Hotel itself is beautiful as you can see in my picture and definitely will comeback again soon in near future. covered with snows!! The scenery is outstanding!! Thankful to Trip

Location was good, near the center of Fussen and ~7min from railway station. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was nice and clean.

Had a great stay during spring break with a large group. Rooms were clean and staff was professional and friendly. Olga, Manuel and the rest of the staff did a great job. Breakfast was 🔥 We will be back!

Good location close to everything, clean, good variety in breakfast. Gave free fussen bus pass.

Staying at this hotel while visiting Neuschwanstein Castle in Füssen was a great choice. The hotel is well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious, basically having everything you need except for disposable toiletries

Unbelievably beautiful rooms. Amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. Great cafe. The parking is tight but works. The views are great.

Very good stay and nice service Good location with supermarket and near the castle w only minutes driving

Hotel was right in the city centre, room was cosy and Kid simply love it. Managed to catch snow in the walking street. Reception was warma and helpful. Accomodate our garage arrangment without prior information.

The location is great. We can reach shops and the main street easily. Easy to access to take bus to different castles.

Small but cozy hotel. Loads of good restaurants around the hotel and convenient.

This was one of the prettiest hotels I ever stayed at! The interior colors are super well coordinated! The breakfast was also very good and there were many choices. Staff was very helpful with everything

My wife and I are Americans and speak only English but know a few minimal phrases. The employees at this hotel were very friendly and understanding of this and spoke the English they knew

An excellent hotel with a wonderful swimming pool area and spa section. It would be appropriate to forbid children to jump into the pool, which was unpleasant

The hotel is super nice, the service is outstanding, and all the staff are very kind and accommodating. The restaurant breakfast is of the best quality ( echtes Deutsches qualität). The room is very comfortable and big

Lovely hotel close to Neuschwanstein Castle and nearby lake. Service was excellent and half board was a great option to relax after a busy day site seeing. My teenage girls loved the pool too.

This hotel is gorgeous. The location is amazing. So much to do and see. The staff was friendly and helpful and professional.

Dinner recommendations came from the staff - many thanks to those gentlemen! A few notes for things that could've made our stay a little better: For anyone planning to visit in the near future, our room had construction directly outside that hindered our view of the mountain landscape (a large crane and frontend loader) and was a bit noisy in the mornings

One of our favorite hotels in Europe. GREAT breakfast and nice spa/sauna area. Best part is it's in a beautiful part of Germany with great ski areas.

Location is good, close to the train station and the main street They have parking space provided to customers, but need to reserve it in advance, price is reasonable And the room is clean, enough space for single travller

We rented the wine cellar for our large group and everything was incredible! The food was amazing- service impeccable and the chef even came to say hi to us! I cannot recommend this place enough for large groups :)

It's very close to Neuschwanstein Castle. The room specifications and service are relatively good in the small town of Fussen

Great location , walking distance to old town. Car parking v v v v narrow ! Very challenging! It’s for mini car !!!!

The parking is great at this hotel, convenient and relatively good price. The old town tourist street is right in front of the hotel

Breakfast is good and they have everything you really need there. Be wary of the sauna as you will get strange looks from the Germans if you wear your swimming costumes, as they prefer to go nude!! Location is good

It is about 10 min away from the station and I could see the Neuschwanstein castle from my balcony. We can board bus to the castles at a distance of about 1. Room is small and cosy, sauna is very good

Loved every single thing about this hotel/apartment! From the rooms, to the hospitality to the restaurant! The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was big (be careful the tub is a little slippery), we had a personal issue (our fault-nothing to do with the hotel or anything) and after sending an email to the hotel they were very helpful and understanding

You have to judge a place on what it is, and this is a classic Germanic hotel with that slightly 1980s feel about it, with a dash of modernisation that makes it cosy, authentic and what you are used to expecting

But while we felt a bit embarrassed while trying our best to talk in German, the warm friendly staff always made us feel at ease, as they switched into perfect English and made us feel very welcome

Godt hotel God beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser med en god have omkring. 5 minutter fra midtbyen og 5 minutter fra Forgensee. Havde værelse med udsigt mod bjergene og Neuschwansteinslot

The swimming pool was small but clean and saunas restoting. An acktiv hotel where recharge your batteries and relax

All staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice amd clean. Would stay here again!

Great location, absolutely good accomodation. Easy rooms, very good cleaning, restaurant is actually fantastic. Smart, kind and family-like personnel, precise and efficient

Quiet location and not far from the centre of Fussen; therefore you can experience relax-ation together with the city life. Many things to see and more to do! A good choice for a family-week holiday rest & go

Great n helpful staff , they helped making our journey easier , greeted us with a genuine smile and happy to help :) , would definitely love to go back again.

The living conditions are excellent, the environment is beautiful, and it's very convenient to get to the town – just a short walk away

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there's a river nearby, so it's a great location for a stroll. I wasn't feeling well so I couldn't use the sauna, but I'd like to try it next time

The welcome is extremely warm and family-friendly. We stayed for 3 days with two toddlers on a half-board basis and everything went perfectly. A special mention for the breakfast, which is extraordinary

Front desk staff was able to accommodate our request for an extra nights stay. No restaurant when we were there but staff provided a good suggestion for dinner

Rooms were exactly like pictures. Big bathroom! Bed was firm but comfortable best sleep of our vacation. Breakfast was great decent selection of fresh items

Fasinating place. I spent such a good night here. Would definitely recommend.

I really liked it. The room was large, with a balcony and a beautiful view.

They also provide bathrobes and towels for the free sauna, which was a nice touch. Our room was very spacious, with a small living room and bedroom. The highlight was the long balcony with a peaceful view

Staff is very helpful and offered free Sauna to 9pm

We asked for a kettle, and she kindly provided us with cups and tea bags. Even when we accidentally broke a cup, she handled it very kindly. We are truly sorry and very thankful for the hospitality

We really wished we could stay longer! Breakfast was a nice European selection with good variety. On-site parking is €5, which is reasonable, but it would be even better if it was free for guests

Hotel location in the nature is really positive. Room and bathroom very clean and treated. The best of the best was wellness center: such nice and clean wellness center I have not see long tine

Everything was perfect – 10/10 stars! The guesthouse has a beautiful design and decoration. The location is great, just near Füssen Old Town. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful

Something we have seen really very rare. If we go back to Hopfen am see and particularly over the Christmas/new year, we want to live here. Brigitte and Walter Frederick from Bonn

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT , from the location to the restaurant and the large room

The breakfast was the best! The dining room overlooks the beautiful lake and mountains and the food is really tasty. The room we got was a bit tucked in the back and had no view

Pros: + comfortable bed + good breakfast + pet allowed, €15 per day per pet + free parking + magnificent lack view + free bus tickets to Füsse + fair price Cons: - shampoo & shower gels supply were very limited - towels are a bit old, need replacements We had nice stayimg at Hotel Geiger

Super friendly and helpful staff. Bus stop in front of the door and 2 train stations in the area. Have enjoyed my stay so much again and booked again for next year

Hotel is at best location. Food is great. Staff is super helpful and awesome. One of the best location to stay.

The balance between privacy and togetherness made our stay feel easy and restorative. It is a lovely choice for anyone looking to combine connection, well-being, and a relaxed, thoughtful stay

It offered a comfortable, welcoming base where we could slow down, enjoy good food, take daily walks, and spend meaningful time together

We stayed here for one night and it was great. Very friendly and helpful staff, an indoor and outdoor pool, foot baths, sauna and a range of spa treatments

A very warm welcome, exceptionally comfortable beds, a stunning view, and wonderful food. We loved every minute.

We chose this hotel as a place to reconnect with friends and family while living abroad, and it truly served that purpose well

English translations of important signs up eg sauna usage would have been appreciated and make non German guests feel more included

Staff attitude was generally polite, the spa area is with free access and impressive (though be careful — the main sauna floor gets extremely hot and can burn your feet), and the restaurant food was good

We only visited for one night , we wish that we had stayed longer. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. Great location with views from every window. We had dinner which again, was excellent

A lovely, family run traditional hotel. (and dress)just what we wanted for a visit to Bavaria. We will return for a longer visit very soon

The hotel and rooms are in traditional style and are fine. What really makes this hotel special is the lovely- and-service minded staff

What actually drove me to write this review is that even at breakfast we were not allowed to change tables due to their weird and rigid fixed-allocation system, which felt unnecessarily elitist - although there were more than 70% of the tables unoccupied at that time, we had to keep “our” table

Bathrobes for the complimentary wellness area were in the room - however, no slippers or mini toiletries were provided in the room, which felt below expectations for this level (a 4 star hotel)

The location is perfect — the ski pistes are just a stone's throw away, Austria is right around the corner, and the famous Neuschwanstein Castle is also nearby

The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a kitchen that has all the utensils you might need. The view from the room was simply breathtaking, offering a direct look at the lake — a true highlight of the stay

I recently stayed at Hartungs Hoteldorf for three nights, and it was a fantastic experience

Other downsides: there is no bicycle rental, the climb up from the village to the hotel is very steep, and the bar is closed on Sundays

Overall, the hotel has potential and offers a pleasant stay, but the restaurant and some services need improvement

Breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of options, ensuring there’s something for everyone. To top it off, the pool was a great place to unwind after a long day of skiing or walking

Has they don't serve an evening meal we wandered down to the lake side then strolled back to the hotel whilst admiring the views. The owner was very hospitable 🤗 would we go back. thank you for a relaxing couple of days

Travelled for a week through Bavaria, and this hotel was the highlight of the trip. The owner is very organized and sent detailed instructions to get our room, anytime we arrived

We got a room in the ground floor. The room is very nice and clean. Ground floor has no Lake view. They have a sauna in the basement that guest operate themselves. Small but totally does the job

We requested a room on the second floor with a mountain/lake view and it was breathtaking. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the balcony was perfect for watching the sunset in the evening

The staff was very nice even though I came much too late. And all this for 40€ for a single room, absolutely top

The breakfast was delicious with so many options including fresh scrambled eggs and sausages

As this was our primary reason for choosing this location. Please note that you should make dinner reservations ahead of time as well. That said, the staff, location, and breakfast were wonderful

The availability of amenities -- opening the sauana and pool one hour before checkout when they close at 9pm (depsite restaurants being open past that nearby) -- was quite disappointing

we had a beautiful stay, we had a standard double room and maybe here n there is place for improvement nothing really to complain about

Room showing some wear and tear - lighting very dim and annoying in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly

2 dages getaway 2 dages getaway

Gorgeous view and nice amenities

The hotel service is good, but the check-in process is a bit difficult.

Good view from the balcony, REWE supermarket nearby, clean room

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and beautiful. The staff are very helpful. It's very good. Although I checked in late, the staff did not help me solve the problem impatiently.

Free bus tickets for the town next were a nice perk

The hotel is quite far from the train station, with no public transport options nearby, and the walk to the hotel was dark, which didn’t feel very safe in the evenings. Another issue was the check-out time

I recently stayed at Villa Toscana Hotel and had a mixed experience. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues with accessibility

Indoor and outdoor saunas and pool options, as well as two relax areas spread out all the guests enough that we had a good time anywhere we went. But the highlight was the breakfast

The hot tubs werent hot enough but all the different saunas and the steam room were just wonderful

The rooms are cozy and well maintained, and the wellness area is a real highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. One special experience was the torch walk, a unique and memorable touch to our stay

The food is an absolute dream, beautifully presented and exceptional in taste. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel truly welcome. A wonderful place for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Bavaria

Upon check-in, we were welcomed with a drink by the fireplace, which immediately set a relaxing tone. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, and dinner at the Louis II restaurant was an absolute culinary delight

We stayed at Boutique Hotel Das Rübezahl for a weekend, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel is in a stunning location, right across from Neuschwanstein Castle, which creates an incredible atmosphere

Had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly attentive, the room was spotless, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Perfect location, delicious breakfast, and staff made this a truly luxurious experience

It would be difficult to describe how perfect this little place is. Wonderful and friendly staff, gorgeous location 10 minutes from Fussen, fantastic room and an amazing breakfast.

Mountainside Lake Hotel Highly recommend. We had such a wonderful experience. The hotel sets on the most beautiful lake next to the mountains. Short drive or bike ride to Fussen

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, comfortable stylish room.. loved the view of the lake. Great breakfast. A few nice restaurants around too.

Comfortable clean and a cozy room. Good shower, kind and hospitable stuff. You can have nice strolls around the nearby lake

As we had an electric car we could recharge it on the hotel parking lot which saved time charging in a charging station

What we liked the most was the loving personalized decor, the wellness offer and the extremely varied and cozy breakfast menu

Super beautiful room and surroundings! Very clean! Super spacious.

Peaceful and perfect Beautiful location, with a short walk to restaurants and bars, picturesque and walkable. Good public transport links if needed. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful if needed but not overbearing

The breakfast was reasonable priced and had a great spread of options, my favorite being the option to boil your own egg. The rooms were spacious and provided some of the most stunning views of the area

The landhaus Kössel provided a wonderful stay for our family trip of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) to visit the Füssen and algau area to see Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein

Truly a top-notch one of a kind experience. The staff was also very helpful and the evening after hours check in process was helpful
