The whole stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, the room I booked was spacious, and it had a beautiful view of the icy mountains. The sauna and gym were free of charge! 🤩

Oddly enough, there were no sockets at both side tables next to the beds, which means we could not charge our hand phones at our bedsides. Although, my friends in the next room reprted No such problems in their room

We requested 2 beds, got to the room and it had 1 bed. Went back to the desk, she went up to check on another room for us, and by the time she returned there was a tour group with room issues

The toilet was brightly lit and there was a hairdryer and vanity mirror. I must add though, that climbing in and out of the bathtub can be hazardous. Not sure if it's safe for old folks

To our delight, 2 sets of toiletries were provided for each room, specifically shower caps, cotton buds, body lotion and tissues. The shower was fitted with a body cum hair shampoo

My friends and I stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were HUGE! Toilets were HUGE! Cleanliness was up to standard

Hotel was right in the city centre, room was cosy and Kid simply love it. Managed to catch snow in the walking street. Reception was warma and helpful. Accomodate our garage arrangment without prior information.

An excellent hotel with a wonderful swimming pool area and spa section. It would be appropriate to forbid children to jump into the pool, which was unpleasant

Lovely hotel close to Neuschwanstein Castle and nearby lake. Service was excellent and half board was a great option to relax after a busy day site seeing. My teenage girls loved the pool too.

My wife and I are Americans and speak only English but know a few minimal phrases. The employees at this hotel were very friendly and understanding of this and spoke the English they knew

Breakfast was excellent in choice and quality, dinner was good, well presented but often too salty, including some of the salads on the starter buffet

My wife and I enjoyed the sauna rooms. Near the property we found a public beach by the lake and enjoyed the cool water. You could drop your SUP in here

We arrived and were able to sit and enjoy a fresh coffee in the restaurant, a wonderful break from our long car ride. The rooms both had balconies where we could see Neuschwanstein Castle across the lake

The hotel has a free parking lot, the surrounding environment of the town is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic, and the dinner and breakfast are delicious. is the bed is a bit small.

We had a nice dinner downtown to cap off the evening, the restaurant was unremarkable. We woke the next morning and enjoyed a very good buffet at the hotel restaurant, included with our room

If I may suggest one thing, it would be to improve the lighting in the room,especially in the bathroom which felt a bit dark for my liking. The highlight was the restaurant and the food

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there's a river nearby, so it's a great location for a stroll. I wasn't feeling well so I couldn't use the sauna, but I'd like to try it next time

The welcome is extremely warm and family-friendly. We stayed for 3 days with two toddlers on a half-board basis and everything went perfectly. A special mention for the breakfast, which is extraordinary

Front desk staff was able to accommodate our request for an extra nights stay. No restaurant when we were there but staff provided a good suggestion for dinner

Rooms were exactly like pictures. Big bathroom! Bed was firm but comfortable best sleep of our vacation. Breakfast was great decent selection of fresh items

The hotel and rooms are in traditional style and are fine. What really makes this hotel special is the lovely- and-service minded staff

What actually drove me to write this review is that even at breakfast we were not allowed to change tables due to their weird and rigid fixed-allocation system, which felt unnecessarily elitist - although there were more than 70% of the tables unoccupied at that time, we had to keep “our” table

Bathrobes for the complimentary wellness area were in the room - however, no slippers or mini toiletries were provided in the room, which felt below expectations for this level (a 4 star hotel)

Location was good, near the center of Fussen and ~7min from railway station. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was nice and clean.

Staying at this hotel while visiting Neuschwanstein Castle in Füssen was a great choice. The hotel is well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious, basically having everything you need except for disposable toiletries

The location is perfect — the ski pistes are just a stone's throw away, Austria is right around the corner, and the famous Neuschwanstein Castle is also nearby

The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a kitchen that has all the utensils you might need. The view from the room was simply breathtaking, offering a direct look at the lake — a true highlight of the stay

I recently stayed at Hartungs Hoteldorf for three nights, and it was a fantastic experience

Other downsides: there is no bicycle rental, the climb up from the village to the hotel is very steep, and the bar is closed on Sundays

Overall, the hotel has potential and offers a pleasant stay, but the restaurant and some services need improvement

Breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of options, ensuring there’s something for everyone. To top it off, the pool was a great place to unwind after a long day of skiing or walking

One of our favorite hotels in Europe. GREAT breakfast and nice spa/sauna area. Best part is it's in a beautiful part of Germany with great ski areas.

Location is good, close to the train station and the main street They have parking space provided to customers, but need to reserve it in advance, price is reasonable And the room is clean, enough space for single travller

We rented the wine cellar for our large group and everything was incredible! The food was amazing- service impeccable and the chef even came to say hi to us! I cannot recommend this place enough for large groups :)

It's very close to Neuschwanstein Castle. The room specifications and service are relatively good in the small town of Fussen

Has they don't serve an evening meal we wandered down to the lake side then strolled back to the hotel whilst admiring the views. The owner was very hospitable 🤗 would we go back. thank you for a relaxing couple of days

Travelled for a week through Bavaria, and this hotel was the highlight of the trip. The owner is very organized and sent detailed instructions to get our room, anytime we arrived

We got a room in the ground floor. The room is very nice and clean. Ground floor has no Lake view. They have a sauna in the basement that guest operate themselves. Small but totally does the job

We requested a room on the second floor with a mountain/lake view and it was breathtaking. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the balcony was perfect for watching the sunset in the evening

The staff was very nice even though I came much too late. And all this for 40€ for a single room, absolutely top

The availability of amenities -- opening the sauana and pool one hour before checkout when they close at 9pm (depsite restaurants being open past that nearby) -- was quite disappointing

Free bus tickets for the town next were a nice perk

The hotel is quite far from the train station, with no public transport options nearby, and the walk to the hotel was dark, which didn’t feel very safe in the evenings. Another issue was the check-out time

I recently stayed at Villa Toscana Hotel and had a mixed experience. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues with accessibility

They also provide bathrobes and towels for the free sauna, which was a nice touch. Our room was very spacious, with a small living room and bedroom. The highlight was the long balcony with a peaceful view

Staff is very helpful and offered free Sauna to 9pm

We asked for a kettle, and she kindly provided us with cups and tea bags. Even when we accidentally broke a cup, she handled it very kindly. We are truly sorry and very thankful for the hospitality

We really wished we could stay longer! Breakfast was a nice European selection with good variety. On-site parking is €5, which is reasonable, but it would be even better if it was free for guests

We stayed at Boutique Hotel Das Rübezahl for a weekend, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel is in a stunning location, right across from Neuschwanstein Castle, which creates an incredible atmosphere

The landhaus Kössel provided a wonderful stay for our family trip of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) to visit the Füssen and algau area to see Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein
