To simply put it in a nutshell, we were completely satisfied and had wonderfully beautiful days in the Allgäu. Our domicile “Die Mittelburg” in Oy-Mittelberg was lovingly furnished, had an incredibly friendly and helpful staff and the 3/4 board was a pleasure every day. Had a very nice stay with my daughter, very friendly ladies of reception and the restaurant. The food was good and the rooms are very comfortable, with view on a meadow with cows. During our stay we got a tourist card to take part of several local activities, like rafting, biking etc. Overall, a very pleasant stay, so we plan another holiday in this hotel during Xmas.

Pleasant hospitality in affordable accommodations. Our room was newly renovated, but there's still a lot of work to be done in the building. The cleanliness is okay at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it's not so good. Breakfast is average, and the price/performance ratio is okay.

In the middle of the upcoming 4th Corona wave 🌊 we took a very relaxing short vacation here. A nice hotel with very reasonable prices and motivated staff. The food in ¾ Pension was very good 👍 The room was large and with a beautiful view. The fact that the bathtub under the sloping roof was not suitable for standing shower could be tolerated due to the large swimming pool and sauna 😄

The hotel has a welcoming vibe, but the rooms are quite small, and the bathroom feels cramped. Located on a busy main road, traffic noise is noticeable when the windows are open. Plus, the church bells at 6 a.m. are very loud and go on for quite some time, waking even heavy sleepers. Given these disruptions, the stay didn’t feel worth the price.

Did giants take over and build these rooms? This is what is called a spacious room. We paid 65 Euro for the night (booked early in advance) and it is worth more than that for sure. Came last night and even before I arrived, my invoice was already printed. A room had already been assigned to me and the man at the reception was fantastic. This was a nice property, set in it's own grounds with a nice wooden area behind and 15 minutes walking distance into the old town at Kempten. Room was clean, comfortable, although it was not sure conditioned. A nice breakfast buffet was included also. Parking and vehicular access was also simple.

A Comfortable modern hotel that offers free parking at the property.. There is an excellent Restaurant at the property which offers a selection of classic dishes from the Allgau region. Our third time here, brilliant each time nothing to fault. Staff are kind and professional, making you feel very welcome and cared for. Hotel offers a wonderful pool and an excellent wellness spa. Buffet evening dinner is top notch, every main dish in itself very delicious. Breakfast is rich and of high quality, especially local cheeses and honey. We enjoy our time here each visit.

Advertised as a hotel but it is a Bed and Breakfast. Upon checking in we were told it will be a vegan breakfast. The website photos showed the room with a balcony overlooking the lake. This was the room that we booked. The room we received faced a busy and noisy road with a balcony. Had we known that it was a Bed and Breakfast, a Vegan breakfast and a room facing a busy road, we would have looked elsewhere

We discovered this restaurant by chance. It was such a lovlely location with a really good menu we decided to book for dinner. The venison goulash in particular was superb.
