Sadly there was no electricity on the hotel when we arrived until the next day. The hotel staff couldn't give us an answer when will electricity come back. Also good to know that Generator is not common here? This was so frustrating after a long ride and to found out about this issue. I will never ever be back on this hotel!

We came to a room without electricity, and no hot water on one of two rooms we had booked. We asked for a rebate, but could't get anything. I dont thinks its the best recommendation for this hotel Johnny - Denmark

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I found strange that there was no ID verification during check-in. The hotel is under construction and they haven't advertised this anywhere on their website. I came to know after reaching the hotel. The issue became bigger in the morning when construction started just outside my door. Why assign a room on the floor of construction??

The lady at the reception was unusually bored to help as we did not have a reservation . Asked upon checking in if there was breakfast at the hotel she declined. She even declined the hotel had anything to drink except for a water and beer from the dispenser at the lobby. The room is big - in need of a contemporary upgrade. 10th floor with balcony. 13th floor with breakfast and restaurant where you can order a drink as well. Staying at hotels for around a month per year i can tell the hotel is okay , the receptionist needs a vacation.

The hotel is located in the center of Kempten, in the city's tallest building. It has its own parking garage (€10 per day at the time of our stay). There are two restaurants in the building: L'Osteria on the ground floor and a rather mediocre Asian restaurant on the 13th floor. The location, the underground parking, the view, and the size of the rooms are all positive aspects. We had a family room (not bookable online, only by email or phone), which consisted of two separate bedrooms, a large anteroom, and a conservatory. The bathroom had a large shower and was modern and clean. The reception staff were very friendly. The lobby was pleasant and comfortable. Written inquiries were answered promptly. The price of €290 including breakfast is a drawback, especially when compared to the services offered (or rather, lack thereof): The reception is only open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, guests must check in at a self-service kiosk; there is a night entrance. The lobby is locked from 8 pm onwards, so it's unusable. The rooms are large, but sparsely furnished. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable. There was a yellow stain on the bedsheet in one of the beds. However, we couldn't complain about it because the lobby was unoccupied. We covered it with a towel. Breakfast is only served until 10 am. It offers everything you need in the morning, but the quality isn't particularly good. The orange juice tasted watered down. Check-out is at 10 am, which is unusual and not ideal for late risers. However, we were allowed to stay 45 minutes longer upon request. Ultimately, only the price suggests a luxury hotel. The services and quality of the hotel are far from it. We will book a different hotel on our next visit to Kempten.

The room was fine, and the view was amazing. Nice clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast. You would think that’s a great review. Sadly the experience was ruined for us, by a fire alarm in the hall way that kept beeping extremely loud all night long. Most likely needed new batteries. It was the EXIT sign on the 7th floor. It ruined my night sleep which is the most important thing a hotel should offer (a good nights sleep) I got zero sleep this night. And that overall draws the experience all the way down. Very disappointed.

Did giants take over and build these rooms? This is what is called a spacious room. We paid 65 Euro for the night (booked early in advance) and it is worth more than that for sure. Smack bang in the middle of the city center, clean rooms with ok bed. Yes the bathrooms are a little tired, but 65 bucks for a room the size of a tiny house! Nothing to complain here.

All I can say is that everything was perfect. We stayed with friends (8 people) and no one could complain. The rooms were newly renovated and the beds had good mattresses. The service and especially the friendliness of the staff are particularly worthy of praise. The breakfast was very good, and the Asian restaurant on the 13th floor is fantastic. The view from up there over almost all of Kempten was fantastic. And the staff and the food were excellent. Thank you so much for everything. Best wishes from Trier to Kempten.

Room is spacious. Good signal of wifi. Breakfast buffet is ordinary but I like wholegrain bread very much. There is coffee machine which can serve you fresh coffee, I love it.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel in a year. I love. Excellent location next to the bus station. Nice big clean rooms. There is a kettle and tea set in the room. After a long journey, it was very pleasant to relax in the bathroom and then drink hot tea. Wonderful view of the city. And in combination with a delicious breakfast (on the top floor) gave a lot of positive emotions. But the Internet, unfortunately, remained slow.
