Incredible hotel. The breakfast was delicious.

Great location for a relaxing extended weekend. We especially enjoyed the pool and saunas, they were a real highlight for us. The restaurant was notable too, it was a smaller menu but changed every day and each course was prepared perfectly. The wine menu paired seamlessly with the dinner menu. The staff spoke English and were very accommodating for our requirements. We will definitely return for a long weekend again.

Incredibly beautiful place, can highly recommend! The staff is super friendly and accommodating and the hotel is located in a peaceful and idyllic location. Breakfast was fresh and super tasty and the wellness area clean and very relaxing - will definitely be coming back!

To simply put it in a nutshell, we were completely satisfied and had wonderfully beautiful days in the Allgäu. Our domicile “Die Mittelburg” in Oy-Mittelberg was lovingly furnished, had an incredibly friendly and helpful staff and the 3/4 board was a pleasure every day. It's a shame we were only there for four days, but we'd love to come back.

Above all, the excellent food, but also the extremely friendly staff, as well as the pleasant spa area made us feel very comfortable. We got everything our hearts desired! All wishes were fulfilled and there were also one or two pleasant surprises. We recommend this hotel 100%!

Relatively small, family-run hotel in a very quiet location. The house could use some updating, but overall it is very comfortable. Kitchen and service are excellent! Everything was good in the room. We found the wellness area to be very good, especially that the sauna was "only" 85 degrees. Just a few more loungers would have been nice.
Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel is classically furnished and, what is extremely important to me, everything is clean and the staff is super friendly. Almost everything is made possible what the guest asks for. At least one of the bosses is always on site and is actually always available. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast buffet is really very good. We are very much looking forward to traveling to the Mittelburg at least once every year!
