Great hoatoric hotel. We are a family of 5, and had to book 2 rooms. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Breakfast included was the best we've encountered on our trip.

Convenient location

From the moment that we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. Our messenine room ( has two floors ) was large with great views over the river. The bathroom is on the upper level (bath robes would be welcome ) .Very very clean. Comfortable bed ( cotton sheet would be appreciated instead of a stretch cover ). A restaurant is located in the building ( not run by the hotel) it is fantastic .. don’t forget to book , the place was full. The hotels inclusive Breakfast is taken here as well.. again very busy, as a consequence some items were not available which was our only gripe. Parking on site is a bonus being so close to the town.. ( a quick stroll across the river into the lovely old town). Kempten is a lovely city and was a great surprise. Staff at the hotel very helpful and friendly. Thanks to all.

Excellent cannot be beaten
Beautiful boutique hotel .. one of the best that I have visited. Lovely location on the river, nice views. We had a mezzanine room on the top floor bedroom with a bathroom above. Very clean. Location very good for access to the old town. Lots of Parking on site. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a fantastic Greek restaurant in the building which is not managed by the hotel.( However,this is where you take breakfast). When we visited the breakfast was very busy and some items were unavailable. The staff on reception are exceptional.. very helpful. Everything was first class. The only suggestion that I can give is that robes be made available ( especially because you negotiate steps to the bathroom in this type of room). Also, it would be appreciated to have cotton sheets on the mattress not the fitted type as used.

Wonderful, authentic experience.
We only visited the restaurant but the hotel looked very inviting.
Giuseppe looked after us perfectly, unfortunately I don’t recall his colleague’s name.
Service was quick, friendly and welcoming.
The atmosphere outside makes you stay way longer than planned, definitely worth your time.
The food was delicious, fresh with reasonable prices.
Can’t complain about the wines we tried either.
I am sincerely looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel is very atmospheric, breakfast is great. But single room was too small for 4-stars hotel and too expensive
