Even better than I expected! The ambiance at Neuschwanstein was incredible. Looking out the window after it snowed was absolutely beautiful. The cleanliness and service were also excellent.

The environment is good, and it's close to the city center. There's no free parking, it costs 12 euros + 6 euros. Breakfast is 18 euros. Not worth it.

Location is perfect, within 5min walking distance to their old town and market square, 10-15min drive to Neuschwanstein Castle (parking area). The room is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide onsite parking, need check in first, get the keycard to open the garrage gate.

They don’t have a gym or fitness center, but everything else is fine. The breakfast options are limited and simple, but the quality is good.

This is a great stay, enough bed space for family of 4 person. The room are warm during the night and bath room as well. We enjoyed the bath tub after a full day activity. Had a very nice stay with my daughter, very friendly ladies of reception and the restaurant. The food was good and the rooms are very comfortable, with view on a meadow with cows. To simply put it in a nutshell, we were completely satisfied and had wonderfully beautiful days in the Allgäu. I must say that overall, services in Germany have worsened in the last two years. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But the price-quality ratio is quite poor.

The hotel is located in a quite small town close to Linderhof palace. It works well as a gateway to Zugspitze in the south and Neuschwanstein in the west. The room is big, clean and modern. The restaurant and the breakfast are excellent. Truly a hidden gem.

Wonderful stay with friendly and helpful staff, quiet location with mountain view right across the street. Sauna available from 3-8pm is a treat after a day in the outdoors. Great room although, out of the 2 saunas one was no swimsuit ONLY and the other only on from 4pm-7pm, tried visiting the 3 hour per day running sauna and it wasn’t even on! The sauna already only runs for a small period of time atleast it could be on…. Also maybe the naked indoor sauna could have certain times where you can wear swimsuit, not everyone wants that kind of intimacy 😃

We stayed here over the summer and I’ve been meaning to leave a review. We loved the location, the apartment we stayed in, and everything about the place. It was perfect-quiet, thoughtfully decorated and the hosts were lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to enjoy this beautiful area.

A wonderful experience staying here. Jenny and the other staff were welcoming and so helpful. The view from our terrace was spectacular and the room was cosy and comfy. The spa and pool were well maintained and great to use. Will definitely go again, highly recommend it.

If you want to enjoy the GAP area this is a perfect location. Grainau and Längenfelder Hof is a great choice for alpine scenery. You can get here by the small train and will do well without a car. I recommend you rent bicycles (electric or other) as you have access to great roads and paths.

Easy train to Garmisch. Quiet and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even had stamps for sale for our letters and postcards. Breakfast was excellent with a big variety of foods, even an omelet/egg station. Train to Eibsee/Zugspitze is a mini block away and takes you right there (train passes provided to us as part of our stay). Great experience and would return
