Very nice hotel in a perfect location to visit castles around. Spa has a stunning view. We stayed in Jagerhouse that was the older one, you have to cross the street for a breakfast or spa, but the building itself is very nice, even on the older side.
There is a spacious parking, even though it is paid - for the location and the room rate it could be included. Also, 10 eur extra to use SPA after check in seemed weird and limiting, especially because SPA isn't open till late.

Even better than I expected! The ambiance at Neuschwanstein was incredible. Looking out the window after it snowed was absolutely beautiful. The cleanliness and service were also excellent.

I used to stay here a few years ago and so impressed with everything. Thus, I came back again.
The hotel's location is really good, bc it's close to the Neuschwanstein castle and also next to the Alpsee lake.
The hotel is very nice and cozy. The room space is very comfy too.

The hotel is classy and elegant, and the location is amazing. It was a very short trip, but waking up in the morning with the view of the lake and the Alps it was beautiful and relaxing. I have to mention one employee of the hotel that was kind and welcoming, Hanni ( I hope I got his name right). He made our stay pleasant and we enjoyed seeing the way he was interacting daily with all the other guests with a big smile and ready to help anyone right away. Working in customer service myself I can appreciate and recognize a great employee and see he was genuine. We are planning to come back soon to enjoy the majestic scenery and the great breakfast Ameron has to offer.

-Room was very gorgeous ! Loved the castle and alps view plus they gave us exactly the room we asked for +++++
-We got a whole carton of decaf which was very sweet of housekeeping to provide
- Staff was very sweet and accomodating . Especially the manager who called to help us look for plug adapters
-The breakfast at Lisl and bar drinks are amazing ( special thanks to the bartenders for the espresso martinis )
-Clothed sauna area for people who don’t feel comfortable prancing around naked
Cons :
-The 3 course menu at Lisl was awful plus it was really annoying to deal with swatting flies at our table
- The pool overcrowded with kids that splash you and accidentally hit you , making lots of noise
-The balcony of our hotel room was filled with ash and bird poop
-That the clothed sauna only has a dry sauna whereas the naked one has both wet and dry ones
-No group yoga for the time of our stay
We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at the resort was perfect. Beautiful hotel with an unbelievable atmosphere. Everything the hotel has to offer from the food options to spa were perfect. We would stay here again 10/10 times.

A luxurious resort that offers top-level comfort. The staff are very helpful, and the breakfast selection is excellent. The location is wonderful, with easy access to nearby castles, scenic walks around Alpsee, and hiking trails into the surrounding hills. Plus, the accommodation is dog-friendly, which is a big bonus for travelers with pets.

This place is amazing. Old world charm surrounds modern amenities. The Ameronn is nestled in stunning mountain and lake views, with old world buildings surround this modern spa resort. We were there for a wedding, and what a lovely setting. The breakfast included with the room was stellar. Lots of choices and of course amazing coffee! We had a suite and the room was very spacious and luxurious. It would have definitely worked for a young family. The crowds were plentiful with the castles to visit. And lots of souvenir shops. The cute little town of Füssen was nearby and had lovely food and lots of narrow shop lined streets. Definitely a place I would explore again.
